this place is horrible. rushed my nails and they were not even the even sizes.. They messed my nails up so i went back and i asked to change the nail polish and they told me it would be $10 more. ridiculousy pricey nails for acrylics with basic color. i highly do not recommend.. i am not going there ever again period.
I have been going here for several years with the same nail tech Angel. She is great. Will do your nails exactly the way you want them. Customer for life.
I have never left a bad review but after my experience here, I felt it was needed.
I decided to try a new nail place and I was extremely disappointed.
I went in and before I could even pick a color I was rushed to a chair. I looked past it and thought the best, that they didn’t want me to wait.
So, I sat down and soaked my feet for maybe 2-3 minutes before I was told to take them out. They took my previous nail polish off and scrubbed my feet, but that was it other than painting them. I paid $30 for that.
After that, my nails. I told the lady who was doing my nails that I wanted them shorter so she cut them down. After she had finished cutting them, I noticed that some nails were so short they hurt, while others had barely been trimmed.
For the color, it seemed to get worse. I decided to do a light pink in the dip. She did 2 very thin coats of the dip on each nail and as I looked at it, it seemed a little thin but I just thought it was because of the light color. So, the clear coat was put on top but I noticed that you could still see the nail tip underneath. I looked over, the lady who was sitting next to me got the same color as well but her nails looked like they had plenty of layers due to the fact that you couldn’t see her nail tips. I paid $35 for that. Again, I let it all go.
Lastly, I got home. In less than 2 days the polish on one of my nails had cracked. Which I knew was not normal because I get them done often and they usually last up to 4 weeks without any cracks or chipping. In less than one week almost every single nail had cracked polish or polish that was gone. Please note: I hadn’t done anything out of the ordinary of what I usually do.
I also went with another friend who’s nail polish did the exact same thing mine did in the same amount of time.
I might as well have thrown $75 down the drain. My toe nail polish was all but gone in that time and my nails were too.
I would hate for anyone to waste their money and time on a lack of customer service and poor quality.
I had my nails done (dip) today and I just have to say that I am so very pleased with my result. The young man that was my technician was most attentive, pleasant and totally focused on attention to detail. I could tell he really wanted to make sure I was happy. He transformed poorly done acrylic nails that I had received at another salon and made them look wonderful. Thanks!
Once again, worst experience ever. My wife and daughter went to this establishment for a mommy daughter nail date. They ran out of the shellac color for my wife's nails and made an alternative suggestion (dip) that would cost the same amount. They were supposed to put "regular" nail polish on my daughter but instead put shellac. My daughters nails look terrible and she has paint on her fingers too. The staff here do not listen and are rude. When my wife went to pay, they charged more for the dip, and my wife discovered they put shellac on my daughter's nails. The staff refused to honor the initial offered price. Then, all of a sudden they had difficulty communicating in english; while they initially seemed perfectly fluent. Long story short. We were ripped off. Please, find another nail salon to go to, this one offers awful service and has rude inconsiderate staff. STAY AWAY!
My boss recommended Signature nails since she has always had great luck there so I gave it a try. The first experience I had the lady doing my SNS just seemed rushed and it was okay. I gave it another try and got Chris to do them the next time, he took plenty of time and made sure that they were done correctly. I will continue to go back to Signature Nails so long as Chris is available.
Angle is a professional and does an excellent job on my nails. She is also very skilled and fast in providing you with the most beautiful nails relaxing pedicure. I always enjoy my visit at Signature/Belle Nails.
Nice establishment, quality of service very poor. While getting a pedicure I notice that the worker was trying to get other customers to upgrade their services they sound worst than a car salesman's, even worst the lady was getting regular polish and the worker was trying to talk her into getting gel polish which cost more clearly the lady kept telling her next time but she wouldn't stop until the lady said yes I felt so sorry for her. My first and last visit.
