My children got me a gift certificate for Mother’s Day 2021. I scheduled an appointment and the therapist canceled. She said she would call to reschedule. Waited a month, no call back. Called again and rescheduled. Again, cancelled by the therapist. Waited a few more weeks before calling to reschedule. No return call. Called 5 more times throughout several weeks and no call back. Texted several times and finally got a text in the middle of November. I requested a refund. It is now February of 2022 and no refund, no call, no massage. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend to anyone for poor business practices and work ethic.
