First experience here was OK, my hair color and cut turned out great but the level of professionalism was not met. A lot of commotion. My appt. ran super late and I was in there for hours 5:30-9pm. Decided to give another try with same stylist only to show up learning she left early and someone else was going to do my hair which they didn't even match my hair color. I ended up with this ugly red /brown and no timer was set. My hair is def. fried a bit from this. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this salon.
I had an appointment at 10:00 and didn’t get seated in the stylist chair until 10:45. They over booked which what I’ve seen with these reviews they do a lot of. I went in for a full color (black) and was disappointed that it wasn’t a true full black like the rest of my hair and that they used a “stain” instead of permanently coloring my roots and hair. It’s been about a month since my appointment and my grey hairs are completely visible the top part of my hair (3inches) is brown, my natural hair color.
I’m just so disappointed with the appointment and outcome of the service. Especially paying $100. I won’t come back.
My wife tried this place out for the first time after finding a deal on their Facebook Page. The first time in, her hair was nice (great cut!), but a little on the red side and not ultimately what she wanted or was happy with.
After reaching back out to them on social media, they offered to arrange another appointment to correct the color at no charge. They were very sweet & accommodating about it and did a fantastic job to make her happy. We'll be coming back again!
Fran did an absolutely amazing job! She took her time cutting, coloring and styling my hair. You can tell she has a lot of experience and she is very good at what she does! I’ll definitely be back for a touch up!
Went there today for the first time after seeing them on facebook for the past few months. Jodie was absolutely wonderful. My hair turned out exactly as I hoped. The salon was clean and staff friendly and professional. I will definitely be back and recommend to friends.
Very unprofessional, arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, texted to let whoever’s in charge know, said someone would be with you shortly. Waited almost 20 minutes past appointment time to even be acknowledged, and another 20-25 to even be seated in a stylist chair. Owner seems to overbook her stylists, should’ve listened to the reviews saying so. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is because my hair looks good ????????♀️ Other than that, staff is very cliquey, gossipy, and the owner seems to be very out of touch with her time management. Also was quoted for my service, ended up costing 30% more than I was quoted because they had to treat my hair before they bleached it. Should be included in the price if it’s a necessary part of the service.
To start off, I’ve been 3 times. It progressively got worse and worse. The first time the tall older blonde lady did a decent job but she failed to wash all the bleach out of my hair and she was very rude. The second time a different girl put me under the heater with bleach on my roots to rush and it’s just super uncomfortable. Hair turned out somewhat yellow. Third time I went, terrible! Bands on bands on bands. Bright yellow. Embarrassing. They rush because the owner, who doesn’t even do hair over schedules them and you can tell! They gossip about customers as soon as they leave, it feels like a high school clique. I’ve been told the owner tells the girls to just fry the blondes hair if they want it super light. Definitely not worth it. Please go somewhere else!
I was a little nervous because of some bad reviews I read but my experience was good, the ladies are very friendly. Fran did my highlights and my hair looks amazing. I will definitely go again
