First time in, my nails came out great in my opinion though the service was lacking in conversation besides when he needed to ask about the nails themselves. I also got really light headed as the salon is poorly ventilated despite all the vents on the ceiling with a pungent smell of nail polish and remover fumes. I usually only get my nails done when visiting New York and this is the best nail salon I’ve been to thus far for the actual nail job, worst when it came to conversation and ventilation. Would have definitely given 5 stars if those two things were resolved.
They did a greaon my nails they do try to get you on the price it was my b'day so i did my nais feet and got eyelashest done wen i went to pay she said 150.00 i just looked at her but not only that she did my eyelashes terrible i had glue in my eyes i could even see i had to take them off
The girl had a very unpleasant attitude. She said why you don’t want gel it’s better ? I said I just want a regular thank you. 4 more times. “ so you want Gel done ? “ Me: “Nope just a regular manicure” then she proceeds to grab my fingers to start working on my nails. Everytime I go here they mess up my eyebrows or I have an allergic reaction to the wax, only a few ladies here know how to do awesome nails like Jokasta she's always busy so that means she's one of the best! Also I just got my eyelashes done here and never again they started falling out the next day I'll pick Magical Nails over Queeny any day!!!!
This place is the definition of ghetto. The service was so poor and the place was so dirty. The guy who did my nails had no aspiration to work. My pedicure was done in a rush. My manicure was so rushed, my nails were still brittle when I left. The edges were rough and he didn't bother to wipe off anything or lotion my hands. First and last time. Wouldn't recommend this place to a roach. The reason the got 2 starts is because there is 1 woman there who does fabulous eyebrows. Shame she has to work in those conditions!

I had the worst experience of my life. My pedicure was horrible, then the colors were clumpy and hideous. I was so upset I could barely talk. I put my shoes on with no polish and paid FULL price for this nightmare. I called back to question things and I was told that they didn’t charge me for nail polish on the pedicure. Instead of apologizing and asking how they could fix my disappointment. Horrible place!
Was there for almost 4 hours because guy had no clue what he was doing, Nothing like spending 4 hours stuck in a nail salon on a beautiful Saturday. My nails came out awful and they still charged me. They said I could come back next day to get fixed. Hell no, then that would mean my ENTIRE weekend I was stuck at a nail salon. Solution for them: dont hire people who are not trained well.
