I have been coming back here since September of 2022. Yesterday was the last time I decided to go. I usually go to Lynn for my pedicures and Mendy for my nails. But Lynn kept changing the price for the same pedicure that I was getting from $45 to $60 within three months. My feet was not looking better anymore and my pedicure didn’t last for a week. Mendy was doing my nails and she was decent, but when I got my nails done on Friday January 13th of 2023, my right hand nail polish started chipping off for no reason. I was not doing anything different. I was not my best when I went out for an event on that Sunday. They were closed on Sundays and Mondays. So I scheduled to get the polish off because it kept chipping and I have never had that issue before. So I explained to Mendy that their polish wash chipping off and I just want to change the color. So she charged me $20 just took take off the chipped white polish and put on a different color. It wasn’t my fault that their polish lifted off my nails. I am an unhappy and unsatisfied use to be customer. Just know that you pay what you get and now I’m going back to OMG. They obviously don’t care about making clients happy here. The guy that works there always hangs up in my face when I call as well and then always say he didn’t hear me when I have a request for my nails and always pushes me off to someone else. Also I’ve known this business owner since 2018 and you would thinks that by now that they all would have been speaking way better English by now. Lazy people who live here in America but don’t want to learn our language. Do better ladies and gentlemen and maybe people might actually bring you business.

They do a fabulous job EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! They are patient with my designs and fickle mind. And for the designs and time they put in, it is still affordable good pricing! My favorite place in Big Rapids and I have been to every 'good' nail place in town. Studio Nails will give you what you want, every single time!

I got my nails done about 3 weeks ago and the lady I went to was booked out., so I made an appt here. It was time for a new set so thats what I asked for. She told me that the one I had on was fine... it wasn't as you can see how gross it is in one of the photos. I love having my nails done as a treat to myself and im just truly disappointed. She filed down my cuticles and it hurt, but I don't like saying anything. I wanted short as im a very active person and im hard on my nails. Then it was a black glitter ombre on a white background and it doesn't even look that way. There's polish under the nails and im just disappointed in general. I was charged for a full set when all it was, was a polish and fill received. I used to love going here when I was a kid, now im older and im not happy or satisfied. I will be going somewhere else. Im not one to complain often but I am very upset.

Sweet staff and love my nails. This really helped with my lupus, fibromyalgia, R.A pots syndrome. Really helped with the pain!!

The price is not worth the service I paid $48 for gel nails shaped coffin style when the nails come basically coffin style. They are so sharp and rugged they leave scratches when trying to scratch my face. My pointer finger is completely cooked and my thumb nail tip is slanted. I tried to get the ombre look and my nail looked like it was speckled. When calling back the last was rude and was like I'm busy. Needless to say I would rather take them off then go back and have them fix them. Such a terrible experience.

Very nice atmosphere. The pedicure was fabulous and they done a beautiful job on my nails. After 6 years looking for a place to continue my business I have found it!

Had my nails done else where. They were not consistent in shape and 1 crooked. This place FIXED them without starting over! They look fantastic!!! Great price!!
