Quick Facts About Sire African Hair Braiding
Strengths:
1. Longstanding reputation: The first comment states that the customer has been going to Sire African Hair Braiding for six years. This suggests that the establishment has built a good reputation over time and has been able to retain loyal customers.
2. Knowledgeable and skilled stylists: Various comments mention that the stylists at Sire African Hair Braiding are experienced and skilled in various hairstyles, such as braids, natural hair twist/locs, crochet styles, and more. This indicates that the salon has a talented team that can cater to different hair types and styles.
3. Customer satisfaction: Several comments express satisfaction with the results of their hair services at Sire African Hair Braiding. They mention feeling fabulous, loving their hair, and receiving what they asked for. This highlights the salon's ability to meet customer expectations and provide a positive experience.
4. Pricing: One comment mentions that the prices at Sire African Hair Braiding are good, making it a more affordable option compared to other salons. This can attract customers who are looking for quality hair services at reasonable prices.
5. Convenience: Another comment states that the salon is closer to the customer's location compared to other options, reducing the travel time. This convenience factor can make Sire African Hair Braiding a preferred choice for customers who prefer shorter commutes.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent durability: One negative comment mentions that the customer's braids didn't last even a month, which is unusual based on their previous braiding experiences. This indicates a potential weakness in the durability of the hairstyles provided at Sire African Hair Braiding.
2. Punctuality issues: One comment highlights that the stylist was late for an appointment, causing inconvenience to the customer. Punctuality issues can be problematic for customers who value their time and expect timely service.
3. Unprofessional behavior: A negative comment accuses Sire, the stylist, of being unprofessional and not respecting the customer's time. The comment also suggests that the salon is not updated on the latest techniques and styles. Such unprofessional behavior and lack of knowledge on current trends can negatively impact the reputation of the salon.
4. Communication barriers: One positive comment mentions overhearing the salon staff speaking Western African languages with a lot of French. While this may create a comfortable environment for some customers, it could potentially create a communication barrier for others who do not understand those languages.
In conclusion, Sire African Hair Braiding has strengths in terms of reputation, skilled stylists, customer satisfaction, pricing, and convenience. However, weaknesses related to durability issues, punctuality, unprofessional behavior, and potential language barriers should be addressed in order to improve the overall customer experience at the salon.

I Love ❤️ Sire’s African Hair Braiding. They’ve been doing my hair for six years. I would recommend Sire’s to anyone for your braids and natural hair twist/ locs care. Love ❤️ Abigail The STORY Teller
On July 3,2022, I paid $174 for the top of my head to be braided in invisible braids and my braids didn’t even last a month. I’ve gotten my hair braided in box braids, micro braids, and invisible braids for almost 30 yrs now and I have never had this happen while and after washing my hair. I’m so disappointed in this establishment. Never again and I advise others to stay away ????
I always drive to Charlotte to get my hair braided. But I decided to try something closer. I've been twice. The first time I got 3 goddess braids they looked really good. The only thing that wasn't good about my first experience was she was late. Very late. But the price was good and I only had to drive 20 minutes instead of an hour. The second time a lady name Amy did my micros. They look very good. She was on time. I will be getting my braids done there from now on. They are cheaper and closer.
Sire made me feel and look fabulous again! Absolutely love my hair! And it is definitely what I asked for and more! Definitely would recommend this shop!
The ladies at this salon does absolutely a wonderful job on all types and styles of hair styles. I totally RECOMMEND this place. Sire it's my hair stylist she braids and do crochet styles for me.

Sire is a liar she said she would be out the salon until Tuesday but guess what she’s agreed to my 3pm appointment she said thst was the latest. I finally got there after rushing from taking my hair down around 2:55 I called her after sitting there for 10 minute she’s doesn’t respect people or their time she lied and she she’s didn’t think I was coming after speaking to her over the phone telling her I will rush to get to my appt at 3. She’s so unprofessional if your late she would cancel but we have to wait on her ! I encourage anyone to go there if you don’t mind unprofessionalism. This salon isn’t even updated on the latest technics and styles my knotless braids was braided at the root then the hair added. knotless the hair suppose to start mixed with your hair at the root. I went with it because I had taken my hair down and this location is convenient other than that I would never go here ! Disgrace
So I want to say thank you today for my hair, my name is Sandy. Yes, I was very comfortable there. I listen to u guys speaking western African and noticed a lot of french in the language. I studied that language for 3 yrs. I felt at peace there and was very happy with the work on my hair. Thank you. I'll be back in time.
