Definitely the worse service I’ve ever gotten. The so called technician didn’t complete the job. I admit I had a business matter I had to deal with while they were close to closing. I explained that to the “tech” prior. She had an attitude the entire time. Customer service and empathy isn’t their focus. It was a rush job. Nails weren’t even, they weren’t buffed. The owner and her daughter are the ONLY talented technicians with some actual customer service.

Went in to remove the dip and get a regular clear polish. Not going to say anything further as the pictures show the aftermath. Additionally, she gave me a cut on one of the fingers and sprayed it with alcohol as well. The technician did a horrible job removing gel from the toe nails.

At this point they are sensitive even while washing them with room temperature water. Wouldn’t go back or recommend to anyone at all! Was nice enough to tip $5.

My daughter loved her nails, we’ve been to 3 different nail salons within the last few months and not one time she left happy with her nails or the service. Highly recommend to call ahead and ask for Naomi. She does a great job, and she’s fast with it. You will not be disappointed. Thanks girl! See you soon

Maria is my nail tech and she is AMAZING! Not only are her nail skills amazing she is a sweetheart. All the ladies in my family go to Maria even my 16-year-old niece. Satisfaction guaranteed ????????

I really had a wonderful time today I met the new nail tech NI she is awesome, beautiful inside and out. She did an amazing job, got the shape that I wanted perfectly as well as picked a beautiful mood color for me, as I always get mood color. But have a Hard to find new ones I didn’t already have but she found one.

NI is a great addition to the shop. Welcome to the family NI look forward to many more meetings.

Cindy has been doing my nails for a long time now, she is the best! I am very particular. Cindy knows exactly how to make me happy every time I come in the salon! My 8 year old niece also was extremely happy with her nails. She couldn't stop talking about how much she love her pedicure, she told us she was having the time of her life ????

The worst pedi ever. I was in the chair 17 minutes. Maria rushed thru the entire service and there was no one waiting. Salon was clean and that’s the only good I can say. I will not return.

I went to Venetian 9 to get what I want my wedding nails to look like. I saw King, I think was his name unless I misheard him, he was so nice and friendly. At first I was explaining what I wanted, which I thought was an American manicure, but after showing him the picture he said, “That’s ombré.” He then explained what an American manicure is then let me decide what I wanted to do; I went with the ombré and couldn’t be happier. I told him I wanted a natural shape. He suggested “squoval” but left it up to me. As you can see I went with his suggestion. I appreciate that he explained things and took his time instead of just assuming that I knew what I was talking about. This isn’t the first time I’ve been there but every time I go I walk out happy. I don’t worry about having to go to a certain person for good work everyone does amazing nails. Today I was very happy and will be returning.
