Best TL Reviews

Dec 2022: only opened this year, pleasant environment, friendly staff serving a selection of snacks and drinks. My mocha was delicious, and the toasties good.
Apparently breakfast is served up to 10am.
Think there was also a selection of sour dough sweet things.
We would have liked a bigger selection of soups and lunch time meals, but early days.
Location good as there are not many eateries along the A303
we wish the cafe good luck for the future.
Such a perfect little cafe and bakery to stop at for lunch on your travels. It’s dog friendly too with a large dog exercise field out the back. The sandwiches they make are delicious especially the ones they have in their in house focaccia. All fresh ingredients and hand made, we’ve had the Argie Beef and Sol beef sandwiches and they were amazing one of the best sandwiches we’ve had in a very long time! It used to be an old abandoned little chef which they’ve renovated and made it into a lovely cafe and bakery. Loads of parking too. We’ll be going out of our way to stop here if we’re anywhere near close!
Having read all the brilliant reviews we thought we would aim to stop here as it was roughly midway between our place in Surrey and our holiday in Devon. The reviews aren’t wrong - this place is a cut above the numerous Greggs and coffee shops along the route. We were so taken by the quality of the breakfast rolls that we ended up buying our lunch to take with us! And we weren’t the only only ones as we saw others do the same. Not only was the food of the highest quality but the staff were lovely and friendly and you could see the pristine kitchens where the bread is made.
Not the cheapest place but worth every penny. In particular I recommend the freshly baked sausage rolls - they come in two varieties, normal and spicy. We tried both and I loved the spicy one which was infused with nduja sausage. They were hot out of the oven but I don’t have a picture as we gobbled them up before we remembered to take a photo!!
Highly recommended by us!!
What an unexpected delight! Formerly a dismal Little Chef, this great little café offers freshly prepared sandwiches and cakes, some local produce. Both eat in and take away with customer access to clean, well kept loos. Recently opened and deserves much success.
What a gem of a place! An Argentinian bakery on the A303. Absolutely delicious! And the toilets rather good! We shall make a point to return ????
We stopped en route to Cornwall and sampled the best sandwich we have had in years. Delicious focaccia bread overflowing with Argentinian beef sliced very thinly and cooked to perfection, salad and something spicy. Truly outstanding. We didn’t taste the coffee but it smelt delicious and next time we will add that to our stop off. We also bought a loaf of homemade sourdough bread which we took to our Host in Cornwall. It got the thumbs up from everyone. So we will be back for more of that too.
Delightful staff and a very nice friendly atmosphere. ????
Had breakfast and lunch on the same day. Triple princesa (bacon, sausage and egg) bun was amazing. The freshly baked brioche style bread was like nothing I’ve ever had roadside. For lunch I had the cheese and ham toastie. Probably the best I’ve had. Crunchy outside and molten cheese inside. It is clear the ingredients are all of the highest calibre and their breads are Fantastic. Wonderful service too.
Wow, what a place! Forget the greasy service stations and come here instead.
Delicious focaccia bread filled with beef, veggies, cheese and spicy chimi churri! You can buy things to take away as well.
Clean facilities and friendly staff. Dog friendly and there's a huge secure field to exercise them off lead!
