Strengths:
1. Friendly and polite staff: Many customers mention the great service they receive from the staff at Starbucks Leeds - Broadway/A65. Names like Charlotte, Megan, and Abby are specifically mentioned as providing excellent customer service and making great beverages.
2. Consistency: One customer mentions that Starbucks is Starbucks and that they are all the same. This suggests that customers can expect a consistent experience across different Starbucks locations, including this one in Leeds.
3. Quick service: Multiple customers comment that they never have to wait too long to be served at this Starbucks location. Quick service is important for customers who are on-the-go or have limited time.
4. Good coffee: Several customers express satisfaction with the quality of the coffee at this Starbucks. They mention that their coffee is always made to their liking, which is a bonus. Consistently good coffee will attract coffee enthusiasts and create loyal customers.
Weaknesses:
1. No dogs allowed policy: One customer complains about not being allowed to bring their dog into the Starbucks. Although this may be due to the branch being part of the adjacent garage with a no dogs policy, the customer felt mistreated and claimed that they have never been thrown out of a Starbucks with their dog before. This incident could suggest inconsistency in enforcing policies or a lack of clear communication to customers.
2. Unclean toilet: A customer mentions that the toilet at this Starbucks location was not very clean. Having unclean facilities can create a negative impression and may deter potential customers from returning.
3. Limited sandwich options: One customer comments on the limited sandwich selection at this Starbucks. While Starbucks is primarily known for its coffee, a limited food menu could discourage customers who are looking for a more substantial meal or variety in their options.
4. Cold coffee: A customer complains that their americano was cold, even though they requested it black. This indicates a potential issue with temperature consistency in beverage preparation, which can affect the overall experience and satisfaction of customers.
5. Expensive drinks: One customer mentions that their daughter's multi-colored crush drink was ridiculously expensive, with the price nearing £5. High prices for specialty drinks may deter customers from making frequent purchases or opting for more affordable alternatives.
6. Temperature issues: Another customer notes that the location can get quite hot due to its big window. This suggests that the ventilation or air conditioning may not be adequate, making the environment uncomfortable for customers, especially during warmer weather.
Overall, Starbucks Leeds - Broadway/A65 has strengths in terms of friendly staff, quick service, good coffee, and consistency. However, it faces weaknesses such as an unclean toilet, limited food options, temperature inconsistencies with coffee, expensive specialty drinks, and issues with enforcing policies. Addressing these weaknesses can help improve the overall customer experience at this Starbucks location.

Apparently they dont allow dogs. After being served (with my dog) and getting half way through my meal, I was told to leave. I questioned this as I've never been thrown out of a Starbucks with my dog before. I was told it was because this branch was part of the garage next door and it was their no dogs policy. I left and asked in the garage who said it was fine. But the Starbucks employee would still not agree and shouted at me. Im afraid I shouted back!
Went for breakfast with my 7yr old grandaughter, she loves the caramel frappe! I had fruited toast with honey.
Staff are great and always polite and never have to wait too long.
No filter coffee, americano was cold even tho we had it black. Toilet wasn't that clean. Was also quite cold
I come into this one a fair bit usually served by Charlotte or Megan always nice to see them smiling in a morning.
Coffee is always how I ask for it too which is a bonus.
Starbucks is starbucks there all the same, limited sandwiches, but always good for a coffee
Can’t get excited about this one. It’s a Starbucks. I had a coffee and my daughter had a ridiculously expensive multi coloured crush thing. Seriously, near £5 for some crushed ice and raspberry flavouring. Big window means it gets quite hot. Handy as you pass in and out of the city.
Brilliant staff. Abby makes a great cuppa
