Been a few times and it can be hit/miss on quality and mood of the staff. The last time it was nice enough coffee, not all that hot but the staff were friendly. Another time I had a cold brew with a sarcastic "they're taking so long" sticker (I had my (86yo) nana with me) and got a funny look when we asked for a knife (we share the cakes).
A bright and clean Starbucks branch that I love visiting, lovely staff that always seem so positive and friendly! They also have a good range of the Starbucks kitchen wear products here and I’m looking forward to trying to hunt down some valentines cups/mugs over the next few weeks!
Coffee is the same as other Starbucks but this drive thru is let down by the poor order point in the drive thru itself. You can hardly hear what is being said which makes it difficult to order and confirm they have the right items
Place badly needs some sun blinds in their SE facing window, badly dazzled whilst trying to enjoy a coffee. Almost all seats they had were in that sunny area.

Staff at this Bideford store are always very good, polite and have my drinks ready .
I preorder on the app amd go collect, don't use the drive through as I fond it a bit tight, don't want to scuff my wheels.

I asked him to make a single expresso with hot milk and caramel in a small cup of coffee.
Made: a big pot of milk, poured single expresso into it.
When I asked to redo the coffee, they said it was the smallest cup they had (which is a lie, I've been drinking Starbucks coffee from a small single express cup for 10 years)
When they said they were lying, they poured it from a big cup to a small one, instead of making it again!
(one milk no coffee!)
I had a free drink, they said that it was calculated, after driving a couple of meters I checked again, it was a lie, the free drink remained!

I am disappointed to hear Starbucks doesn’t recognise a trade union.
Many Starbucks baristas are on zero-hours contracts with low pay — and are being hit the hardest by the cost living crisis.
Tell your management we support them joining a union.
