The baristas are said to make the coffee with care, producing hot and satisfying drinks. This reflects positively on the Starbucks brand and the consistency of their coffee.

Weaknesses:

2. Burned coffee: One customer mentions that the coffee at Starbucks is burned. This criticism impacts the quality perception of the coffee and reflects negatively on the brand's ability to consistently produce good-tasting coffee.
3. Limited seating: The Starbucks outlet is described as not being very large, with a small selection of tables. This may limit seating options for customers, especially during peak hours. However, it is noted that there is more seating available outside, which can be advantageous in good weather.
4. Not the best option in town: A customer states that although Starbucks is an option if you need coffee or something to eat and are unfamiliar with the town, there are better options available. This suggests that some customers may prefer other local coffee shops that offer a higher quality or more unique experience.
Overall, the strengths of this specific Starbucks location include its convenient location, friendly staff, quality coffee, nice selection of treats, and a clean and cozy atmosphere. On the other hand, the weaknesses include perceived high prices, occasional burned coffee, limited seating options, and the availability of better options in the town.

Best TL Reviews

Overpriced burned coffee, so 1 star for being authentically Starbucks.
As to another star, really struggling...I guess the view ain’t bad, but not great, so neutral there.
I suppose 1 star is really 0 as you can’t give no stars so I’ll reluctantly bump it up, but with a caveat that it’s 1.5 stars which is mathematically rounded up to 2.
Go if you need a coffee and/or some thing overpriced but edible to eat and don’t know the town. But there’s better close...but they’re not great...just better. Like 3 stars.
So that’s the town summed up really, a 3 star town, or third rate in old money.
Per una colazione normale...sinceramente si spende qualcosa di troppo rispetto a quello che offrono ma ogni tanto ci sta ad andarci
I didn't even know Blackburn had this Starbucks until I ventured towards the train station. A very nice little cafe.
Ticks all the correct boxes as to expectations for a Starbucks chain establishment.
Good location, close to train station & cathedral, a little bit of a walk out of main town thoroughfare but worth it.
Not massive in size inside, so just a small selection of tables to sit, suits individuals or twosomes looking to stop off for a coffee / sit down. Although more seating outside, so in good weather this will be advantageous.
My coffee was as wanted on the couple of times I've been, but I didn't try anything fancy, just a good ol' black americano, as coffee should be!
Nice selection of cakes & tasty treats to tempt you too.
More than happy to return here.
This has been my best experience at a Starbucks. The staff here are the best and know their stuff. They do their best to make sure you have a great experience. My daughter loves the babycinno they make for her.
The location is also great as it's on cathedral square in the town centre. There's open spaces for kids to run around next to it. Also makes it easy to grab a drink just before I catch a train.
The best Starbucks (Cathedral Square) in Blackburn - Josh has always made me feel welcomed from the moment I walk through the doors to leaving with my drink. Great customer service skills and great banter!
Honestly only pop in to see Josh! Ha! Oh and Josh knows how to make the perfect hot chocolate ????
Went into Starbucks last week sometime and was served by the lovely Ami! My coffee was lovely and hot - and Ami was so friendly and made our morning a lot brighter! What an absolute credit to your company ????
Workers here are always so welcoming and they make the coffee with such care. Forever having a good time hanging out with friends and having a little snack. The shop itself is very clean and cosy. Couldn't be any better.
