This has to be the dirtiest place I've ever had a cup of tea. Oh sorry, I meant hot milk and water with a tea bag floating in it. Can't even taste any tea there's that much milk in there.
The tables, chairs and the floor all look like they haven't been cleaned for a week. Not a single table was clean. None had been wiped down. The soft chairs are covered in dirt and stains and the windows were filthy too. Only came in as we were waiting for a film to start at the cinema. Think I'd rather have just sat outside in the rain.
Starbucks, please teach your staff how to make a cup of tea. Or just stop selling it. And for the love of anything holy, get a mop and a cloth round the gaff!
Customer service - non existence.
Staff could not have looked more miserable on shift.
Tables dirty, coffee and cups every where.
Sugar counter was dirty.
There were 6 employees on shift, not one could help When I asked for a small cup for my daughter.
I asked them to clean the table so I could sit down. Didn't even make it out before I left 20 minutes later.
They were all too concerned with making each other iced coffees and chit chatting.
Was not a great experience. Won't go back. Get to counter and 2 people making drinks and gossiping left me to stand there watching them for a bit of time then finally when a 3rd person came over and started to talk to them one decide to take my order. The place was not clean, bin was overflow and there were products stacked on seating.
I'm not going to lie, this particular Starbucks never manages to hit the spot!!! It never has the right stock in, ever!! Always has something missing, this time the whole Halloween menu was not in stock!!! Despite this, the staff are lovely and very patient! Every time I've come to this one there's been a really difficult customer behind us and the workers deal very calm and well kept

We consumed seasonal cold drinks and I want to say that any new coffee based drink I tried now and in the past are quite tasteless and mild flavoured. We bought two of the Caramel drinks and one of the pumpkin drink. They both were quite substandard.
Each time I come here I get a take out coffee cup. If I am sitting in a coffee shop I expect a cup. Not only this the armchairs are so dirty, just not a pleasant experience to sit and have a coffee.
Very busy employees looked very confused and then chased me out of the store because they had product out (with no label so I assumed it was free to take) and took of back in front of a crowd of people, very unprofessional our drinks then proceeded to fall out of the low quality carrier they gave In the car park
We went into the coffee shop early evening (5.50pm) today, this is not our first time but it will be our last, and yet again we were refused a proper mug and told we would have to drink out of a cardboard one. The excuse this time was the football match was on and they were short staffed, well there were 4 members of staff hanging around and a handful of customers sat down and only us ordering at the time. It's an appalling situation when the staff make unfounded excuses in order to justify not using the dishwasher and to also emphasise that they are following head office policy.
