3. Homely and comforting: The vegetable soup is described as being homely and comforting, creating a pleasant experience for customers.
4. Independent coffee shop: The cafe is commended for being an independent establishment, providing customers with a unique and personalized experience.
5. Polite and friendly staff: Customers mention that the staff at Stonehenge Cafe are polite and provide good service, enhancing the overall dining experience.
6. Informal atmosphere: The cafe is described as having an informal atmosphere, which adds to the relaxed and enjoyable experience for customers.
7. Pleasant room upstairs: In addition to outdoor seating, the cafe offers a pleasant room upstairs for customers to enjoy their meals, providing a comfortable alternative in case the weather is unsuitable.
Weaknesses:
1. Quality control issues: One customer had an unpleasant experience with their coffee, as it contained dead flies. The waiter's response was not satisfactory, and the coffee was not remade.
2. Misleading advertising: One customer found that the sandwiches were advertised as baguettes, but what they received was cheap sliced bread. The quality of ingredients, such as the fatty bacon and dry chicken, was also disappointing.
3. Lack of accompaniments: The cafe did not offer any sauces for the chips, forcing customers to get up and get them themselves. This lack of attention to detail detracts from the overall dining experience.
4. Price increase: Some customers feel that the prices at Stonehenge Cafe have gone up too much, making it comparable to other establishments. This may cause customers to question whether the quality justifies the price.
5. Insects and bugs: One customer advises others to check their food for insects and bugs, indicating a potential hygiene issue at the cafe.
6. Paying at the counter: One customer speculates that the cafe may make customers pay at the counter to discourage complaints. This can create the impression that the establishment is trying to avoid accountability for any issues that arise.
In conclusion, Stonehenge Cafe has several strengths, including a wide menu, high quality of food, polite staff, and an informal atmosphere. However, there are also weaknesses such as quality control issues, misleading advertising, lack of accompaniments, and concerns about hygiene. It is important for the cafe to address these weaknesses in order to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Had the chance to eat at this cafe today, no regrets ! Their menu is really vast with a selection of classic Turkish dishes and regular cafe dishes. Highly recommend. Nice artwork as well. The spinach pie stands out, pastry is done to a high standard. I had the bacon, avocado and cheese panini. Definitely could taste and see that they put effort into their dishes e.g presentation and quality of ingredients.
My friend has the soup of the day which was a vegetable soup. I had a taste and it was very homely and comforting.
Lovely cafe at bromley high street to have quick snacks or someone wants full english breakfast serving until noon. We had italian sandwich really good and Strawberry shake which was quiet average. Lovely staff and services.????
A fantastic independent coffee shop serving an excellent range of delicious food and drink. Highly recommended.
Awful. My coffee had dead flies in it.
The waiter tried to convince me they had flown in there and died from the time it took him to walk from the counter to the table. He then patronised me when I didn’t want to drink a dead insect latte. He didn’t re make it.
The sandwiches are advertised as being baguettes. There are pictures of baguettes on the menu, in the window, all over the café. What arrived was just cheap sliced bread. The bacon was fatty and not cooked well. The chicken was precooked and dry. No side salad or garnish. Just a bread sandwich with poor quality ingredients.
They didn’t even offer any sauces for the chips. Had to get up and get them and they were the cheap Litchfield brand.
Pathetic. A complete rip off. It’s a cheap, greasy spoon on the high street overcharging for what they offer.
Check your food for insects and bugs.
I imagine they make you pay at the counter and not at the end of your meal because there’s less chance you’ll complain. Avoid at all costs.
We could not find the place to celebrate Mother's Day with my daughter as everything was booked and were lucky to try this cafe as the last hope. We had salad and pasta. Big portions. I like the informal atmosphere.
amazing little place, food is amazing, staff are polite and the juices, wow. I recommend the healthy booster juice I drink it every single time I come here and it is heavenly
I like this place - one of the last few quality independent coffee shops. The coffee is excellent. If you don't find a table outside (or if the weather is unsuitable), there is a pleasant room upstairs. Nice food too.
Prices gone up ridiculously, same as every where else (£7.20 a sandwich), however I have to say that we asked for a sandwich (BLT) which wasn't on the menu and they made it no problemo, and the vegetable sandwich from the menu was really nice, as good as a meal, so overall at least 4 stars
