Quick Facts About Straight Outta Nashville

One of the strengths of Straight Outta Nashville is their excellent service. According to one review, the food can be ordered in-store and then delivered to your car parked outside on the street. This not only adds convenience for customers, but also ensures a smooth and efficient process. Additionally, another comment mentions that the staff provides a wet lemon serviette, which shows attention to detail and goes the extra mile to enhance the dining experience. Good service is crucial for a successful restaurant, as it leaves a lasting impression on customers and encourages them to return.
Another strength of the establishment is the quality of their food. Many of the comments highlight the deliciousness of the burgers. One reviewer specifically mentions that the Jerry burger, which is a mix of chicken and beef, is a lovely combination of flavors that is soft, succulent, and extremely tasty. Another person states that the NWA double burger and tenders are great, with high-quality chicken that is sometimes neglected by other places. Consistency in delivering tasty and well-prepared food is essential for a restaurant's success, as customers are likely to recommend the place to others if they have a positive dining experience.
The loaded fries are also mentioned as a must-try item on the menu. Several comments praise the generous portion and the deliciousness of the loaded fries. One reviewer even describes them as addictive. Having standout menu items like these can set a restaurant apart from its competitors and create a unique selling point that attracts customers.
The positive reviews create a buzz around the restaurant and contribute to its popularity. The comment stating that this place takes the pedestal for the best burger spot in Manchester right now adds to the hype surrounding the establishment. Positive word-of-mouth and online reviews can attract new customers and convince them to try the restaurant for themselves.
However, despite these strengths, there are some weaknesses that should be addressed. One review mentions that the restaurant only accepts cash payments, which can be inconvenient for customers in a digital era where card payments are the norm. This could potentially deter some customers who may not have cash on hand or prefer to pay with cards for security reasons. Accepting card payments or providing alternative digital payment options could make the experience more convenient for customers and attract a broader clientele.
Another weakness mentioned is the long waiting times. Although the food is praised, some reviews highlight that the wait can be considerable, with one reviewer being told it would take an hour and another being told 45 minutes. Long wait times can lead to frustration and dissatisfied customers. To address this, the restaurant could consider implementing strategies to improve wait times, such as streamlining the ordering process or increasing staff during peak hours.
Lastly, one comment mentions that the size of the burger was smaller than expected. This could potentially leave some customers feeling unsatisfied or feeling that they did not receive enough value for their money. Ensuring consistent portion sizes and meeting customer expectations in terms of portion size is important to maintain customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, Straight Outta Nashville has several strengths, including excellent service, delicious food, and positive reviews that contribute to its popularity. However, there are also some weaknesses, such as only accepting cash payments, long waiting times, and the potential for inconsistent portion sizes. Addressing these weaknesses could help improve the overall customer experience and further cement the place's reputation as one of the best burger spots in Manchester.

Best TL Reviews

Fab service. Food was ordered in store and then delivered to your car parked outside on the street.
The burger was delicious. I opted for the Jerry, a mix of chicken and beef and it was just a lovely combination. Soft succulent and extremely tasty.
Also, the loaded fries are a must on your order list! A generous portion and so delicious!
Bonus !....they provide a wet lemon serviette too, always necessary. I will definitely be coming again! 10/10
The hype is real, this place takes the pedestal for the best burger spot in Manchester right now in my opinion. All the burgers were delicious but the standout had to be the Jerry Heller which is a Angus smash patty and buttermilk chicken, the way the two meats worked so well together, perfect! Loaded fries are very nice aswell with big portions, enough to feed a person in itself. This place can get busy and the wait does get long but trust me guys it's worth it. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone who wants a burger that's just a level above everywhere else.
Me and my partner go ALOT to Manchester from Birmingham just to have their food!!
Everything is just top top quality! My favourite food place overall nothing beats it!
They need to open up in Birmingham!!
Went here today after loads of videos on tiktok, waited around till 5pm until it opened went in store ordered the food was told no card payments taken ????. So checked my wallet had 2 twenties still in circulation for another 3 months. They said we don't accept them even though they're still legal tender then had to go to a cash machine. Ordered 2 cheesy burgers and 2 loaded fries come to £40! Once we got the food I had the burger first it had cold cheese sauce on it with white onions which overpowered the taste the burger when squeezed oozed grease. The fries where just chicken strips and chips for £10 the chips were all soggy. Would not recommend at all
This place is takeout only. Menu is simple, so you can decide quickly what you want. It's cash only, and the nearest cash machine was out of order so had to go to Asda which was about 5 mins drive away. Waiting times are crazy. First time I went the guy said an hour. Second time 45 mins. I ordered two of the Nashville sharing boxes ( I think that what they're called) see pictures. You get loaded fries! 10/10! I normally don't eat spicy food, but these fried are addictive. The jerry heller burger which is meat and chicken, Not a fan on mixing two meats, ad the NWA... which was buttermilk chicken burger ( amazing). I felt £27 was quite expensive, even though I really enjoyed the meal. If you do decide to go here, expect to wait. The waiting time and cost is why its 4 starts. I will still be going here again. Loaded fries ????????
The burger was absolutely brilliant, opted for the NWA double and the tenders are great. Chicken quality is also bang on, which is sometimes neglected by other spots. Loaded fries were definitely loaded and they don't skimp out on chicken or portion sizes, would highly recommend! Rapid service and great quality!
I was expecting the burger to be a bit bigger in size in measuring when it's round. I would dining in instead of sitting in the car and eating as it was raining quite a bit. The service where they bring it to your car excellent but I guess they don't have a choice because the waiting area is tight. The chips with all goodies was v tasty and spicy which was liked the most. Only cash accepted which is out of date.
Travelled down from Birmingham on 8th October as heard alot of hype about this place. After first bite my immediate words were best food ever had!. Defo a 5/5 flavour of smash burger was on point some places make it really bland however this one has the right flavour. Chicken on the loaded fries tasted amazing!... I got the beef burger combo box which was well worth the money!
