Went on a busy Saturday night, my food was nice, calamari to start and mixed souvlaki main. Lovely soft pitta, meat was tasty, fresh salad. Service was ok the music in the restaurant was very loud and we weren't sat in that part! Shouting at each other all night. Also as a table of 6 our mains came out separately over the space of at least 10 mins, so some of us had food going cold while waiting for the others. In the end some started eating before all mains arrived. Overall an enjoyable evening, service could have been better but I would still return! ????

Ordered a takeaway from here and it’s possibly one of the worse takeaways I’ve ever had, chips were anemic and were barely cooked, never known chicken to have gristle on it either - not sure if it was chicken or something else. Both me and my girlfriend ended up throwing it away and cooking some chicken instead. What a waste of over £20.
A couple of days ago, a Saturday evening, I had the misfortune to experience the worst service I've EVER received at a restaurant.
I'd travelled up from Kent & was with a party of approximately 30 people to celebrate a friend's 70th Birthday.
I understand the booking had been made weeks previously. When we arrived at about 8.15 the tables had been laid out to accommodate us & we all took our places, looking forward to sampling the food that was on offer.
There was also a live, if rather loud, bazouki player there to complete the 'ambience'.
However, as time went by, with no sign of a menu (or even any complimentary bread or olives etc placed on the table which would have been a nice gesture), our excited chatter turned into mumblings of when are we going to be served.
Eventually some menus appeared, & at this stage there was NO mention of anything not being available. Again, after another long wait, the waitress took our orders. I'd decided on a prawn dish for starters & lamb chops as a main, only to be told they had no lamb! So I chose a beef stifado instead & my order was taken.
Over 2 HOURS later, after we had sat down did food arrive. My starter, albeit a rather small portion for the price, was tasty but soured by how long I'd had to wait for it.
When the mains eventually came, the waitress was standing at the end of the long table unable to make herself heard over the loud music (I had to suggest they ask him to stop playing)
The final straw came when most of the mains had been served but both myself & two friends were waiting for the beef stifado. It was only then that she told us there was no beef!!
It was a total fiasco. Our many complaints were met with indifference, shoulder shrugs & a totally unacceptable weak apology from the Manager/chef.
I paid for my starter. When asked if there would be any recompense for their shambolic service he told me abruptly " No, you pay in full"
And my friend whose birthday it was? Ended up in tears.

Amazing restaurant, never visited before but decided to give it a try. Staff were extremely attentive, and very friendly. We definitely over ordered on the food, not realising how big the portions would be, but we loved everything we had. Slightly higher priced than most local Greek restaurants, but worth the additional. Would definitely recommend.
