Really attentive technicians, but the nail polish was running out so they diluted to finish it and that’s likely why 3 days later it started to come off and chip off almost every nail. I really wish she would have asked me to pick a different color.

I don’t live near here to come back, but I certainly wouldn’t for a 3 day manicure :(

I asked specifically for dip powder and someone capable to do nail art. They said yes. But once I came in they didn't have dip powder service and the first design I asked them to do they refused.... had to settle for something else. My nail tech sounded annoyed when I insisted on a request I had made. I asked for my heels to be shaved of or have lactic on them but I was ignored. This many pedi cost me $175 for nail tips she glued on half my nail bed and gel service for this nail design.

I found sugar nails on like place is beautiful and very clean so I decided to go.

They told me that they do gel x so I said okay mind you this is the first time I get them done this way. I got my nails done wasn’t happy with them but i was in a hurry it was my moms birthday celebration so I thought… I didn’t know I was getting engaged that day i went to target tried on a pair of tights came out and my nail had came off with in hours of getting it done. I was so upset I called told them what had happened and went the next day with not one but two bare nails, got them fixed same thing with in hours 3 of my nails came off while doing literally nothing. I was so update that I paid 135 dollars for this service i decided to take all my nails off and I will never be coming back to this place

First time going here today, for a pedicure worst experience ever I paid $60 for a pedicure that only took the lady 10 min max to do they were in such hurry to get me out of there $60 dollars and they did nothing at all. I could have easily done it myself Worst experience personally don’t recommend!!!

I came yesterday here to ask for a full set they told me they only did gel x and i wanted to try something new because i never heard of gel x before. it was nice but they came off so easily all of them did i do not recommend getting ur nails done here. maybe pedicure but not acrylic.

They were very kind to me ... they will treat you very well and do a very good job ... unlike many places they did not do me any harm ... it was very good to be here .... I will be back soon.

SugarNail did a great job with my nails: shaped the way I asked, put gel, which didn't last in good condition for longer than 2 weeks, that's why I gave a 4-star review. Even though there is another big plus about this Salon, they're open all the time, even during holidays.

When asked which way salon does manicure they confirmed by machine… once I came in technician tried to use foil and acetone.

Usually I remove cuticles with the machine also, staff was not able to do it.

I asked for pedi gel, while was distracted with the mani, my pedi was being completed by normal polish.

Disaster over all
