I'm very sad with my experience ???? I never do much for myself and as I'm approaching labor I wanted to pamper myself. It's been one week and my nails are already lifting and they were done very poorly to begin with they were all faced upwards if that makes any sense like the top wasn't connected to my nail.
On top of the disappointment I got cut on almost every single finger and was charged 70$ for a pedicure and basic full set. No design . Staff was very nice and welcoming and pedicure was done perfectly just a very bad nail job i wont chance it again especially since just up the street by walmart i could have gotten the same work done for 50$ and not been dissapointed ????
I just got them done today and I absolutely KNEW that my 1st left pointer finger would need to be repaired after a couple days. Didn't take even a day... Great pedicures though!!! And the twins who do them are so friendly, polite, and thorough. But I'm not convinced on the sets yet. We'll see how they handle a repair a day after...
UPDATE: I got my nail "fixed". They used cuticle nippers to rip the remaining acrylic off... Which was super painful. (Pretty sure they did it in purpose after learning I was requesting a repair). The corrected acrylic nail is a disaster. She used the wrong sized tip and did not glue it on properly. Leaving a gap between my natural nail and the acrylic nail. I even mentioned the possibility of my nail lifting, and was blamed for my natural nail being "too short".
And 2 hours after getting my nail "repaired", my thumb nail cracked....
I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years. My mother is a 30+ year cosmetologist who did both hair and nails, and I have never had this many issues.
Ladies, please be vigilant. Nails like this can cause bacteria growth and loss of natural nail.
I love coming here. Service is great and I love my nails every time :)
WORST PLACE EVER. I provided a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like to the gentleman that was doing my nails and was told that they could not do the design. All I wanted was a simple matte black french tip design. Okay no problem I changed it to all black, but was then told that I was going to be charged extra for matte. Afterwards my nails were thin and crooked and acrylic was all over my fingers. I asked for art and the very rude man used a stamp for the design. They do not hand paint designs. My niece had her nails done by a woman and after she was done she was bleeding everywhere. Her cuticles were cut on every finger. Her fingers were bright red and swollen. While my niece was getting her nails done she asked for more acrylic on one nail. This upset the older woman doing her nails that she had the audacity to hit her had with the nail brush. Also, while there I was called very racial slurs about my skin color and not being an American enough. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. I WILL NEVER RETURN HER. PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS PLACE.
Avoid this place and save your money for somewhere with better customer service, the male owner is RUDE! He hurt my fingers and made them bleed, the whole time while bragging about consistently telling unsatisfied customers to leave
I have been going to the salon for over 2 years. The owner's Mary and her husband and there twin boys do pretty good work. Mary does a great job on pedicures and so do her boy's. The male owner is hateful nasty, and thinks hes a bad a**. My last experience there, and I do mean my last experience because I will not return to this rude establishment. My last experience there was not a good one I was having a pedicure done By one of the twins, I decided to change my mind about the nail color before the color was set with the gel machine. The male owner commented the whole entire time rudely and loudly. He'd belittled me about my decision to change the nail color, he grumbled and complained and fussed so much so that I was embarrassed and I will not return after being treated that way. Mary came over and tried to smooth the situation over but the damage had been done. When I thought back on the 1st time I came to that nail salon, the male owner bragged about how he put people out of his salon. If you look at some of the reviews you will see this is on point with some of the negative reviews that they have gotten in the past

DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE
This is the second time I have been here. The first time was a great experience as the lady was very sweet and the man who also works there was kind to me. They did great work and since this location is closer to home, it felt as if I had finally found a salon I could frequent. However, I arrived this time to an empty shop and in high hopes of getting a quick fill and pedicure. The man seemed to be in a bad mood and the lady was very silent, but still said hello. They set me up on a chair and as I started explaining to them what I wanted on my nails (showed them a picture), the man became more visually irritated and kept insisting that I wouldn't be happy with the design since the shape of the nail was different and wanted to charge me $20 to "copy" the design. I was a little taken a back, but he rebuttled with an offer to do "his own lines" for $10 extra. I was a little confused, but i agreed because i didnt have much time and it wasn't that big of a deal. A few minutes after he began my pedicure, he spoke to the lady (who was already filing the gel off my acrylics) and then stopped and said "I don't want you to be unhappy with your nails if they don't look exactly like the picture, so you can just go"
I was so confused as to why he was upset and I insisted that I understood they wouldn't be an exact copy of the picture ,but he rudely told me that I would be unhappy and needed to leave now.
I suppose I did in fact leave quickly (10 minutes in and out) and unhappily... with 3/5 of one hand and 3 toes filed...
Safe to say, i will NOT be returning
Great service. Took me in right away!!! Awesome job. Price is just right. I will be coming back!!!
