Unfortunately I trusted the 4.5 rating on Google. Maybe the owner is a great nail tech but none of the ones today were. Maybe they try harder when the boss is around?

The regular manicure was the worst result I have had. My nails were trimmed/shaped briefly but not thoroughly. They didn’t even use a cuticle cutter so my nails look a mess. My nails were buffed but the dust wasn’t even cleaned off before polish was applied. There was no lotion applied, even though there was a bottle of “massage lotion” on the table. So obviously no massage- when I inquired about it she said they do it “after it dries” but that never happened. The polish was not a good brand based on the result, and it was applied in two uneven layers. There are parts of my nails that are not fully painted (you can see blank nail) and my thumb actually has polish on the skin.

That’s not all… While I was there, someone called to cancel an appointment. One nail tech responded “yay” so she clearly doesn’t want to work. The other person suggested blocking the customer’s number, presumably so they don’t have to “deal with” a canceller.

I was truly shocked for the quality being so low compared to the price.

I have been going here for a long time and the staff is always kind and does a great job on my nails. They stay on for a long time. I recently went to another local business and not only were my nails outrageously priced, but they only stayed on for three days. Awful. I will continue to go to T Nail.

They got me in quick for a same day apt. A received my manicure while getting my pedicure from two really nice ladies. They did a great job. It was less than $100 dollars for a gel full set and pedicure. And it was the fastest mani/pedi ever...and it still looked fabulous!

They did an amazing job on my lime green nails! Everytime I go to T Nail they always do an amazing job!

I just wanted to do a big shout out to my nail genius T, the nails for wedding were perfect, n so many comments on the vball (net n my old #) as I looked forward to Officiate the 2021 season!!! Can't wait as u perfect that vball thru season n I change base colors!!

Took my 6 year old daughter to get pedicures. They started with me first and after realizing noone else was coming to help my daughter, the guy was in a hurry to finish mine so he could move onto her. I believe I missed out on some steps because they were rushing. My daughter got even less of pedicure because more people had arrived so he quickly just painted her nails and was done. Went up and pay and it was $85 to get our toenails painted basically. Total ripoff. Friendly people but not worth the time and especially the money.
