I called ahead for an appointment for 3 people and they said that they were available. Once my group and i got there, one of us waited 40 minutes, another waited 45, and the last one waited 1 HOUR and 15 minutes. I understand being busy but just tell me that on the phone.
It was unprofessional that the last person waited the hour and 15 because she was skipped!
I had gotten my nails done first. Just a gel manicure. When i was figuring out what to get, the employee doing it asked me if i was getting “acrylics or gel” and about the size etc.
So why when she was available, she was told by the manager to service a man who JUST walked in!
I confronted the manager about this saying that my sister was still waiting for acrylic nails.
Her response that “not all employees know how to do acrylics”. This is suspicious bc that employee was just about to do acrylics on me. Therefore it is within her knowledge, and the manager lied to let another customer skip my sister after a 1 plus hour wait.

i’ve been going here for about 4-5 years now. every time i go, i either see Nathan or Trinity and my nails are always perfection. yes, sometimes there is a bit of a wait, even if you make an appointment, but honestly, the wait is ALWAYS worth it for the outcome and the prices! here’s a pic of my latest nails courtesy of Trinity.
Had an amazing experience, had 3 mimosas, got my mani pedi with a full on my natural nails. Trinity did such an amazing job that I’m switching my nail techs. I’ve been with my old nail tech 11months and I’m now switching to her! I’m beyond happy with how my nails came out!!! Thanks babe I’ll see you in a few weeks!!
I love this place. Not only do they take good care of your nails but they take good care of you. Sometimes they is a wait. But good things come to those who wait.
Highly recommend this establishment. All staff members are professional and you can tell their goal is to please the customer. After being turn down by two previous nail salons due to lack of staff this one took me as a walk in. Place was packed which already gave good vibes. They offered me a bottle of water and I was in the chair less than 15 minutes of walking in. Forgot to mention the establishment was very clean.
Don’t come here unless you want to be skipped and made to wait around! Came in to get my gel nails removed and that is all. She said there would be an hour wait, although there weren’t that many people and the nail techs seemed to be finishing up with their current customers. So I figured I’d be waiting 30 mins top. Well 45 minutes later they took 5 new customers that were walk ins before me and then proceeded to make me move from the spot I was sitting so they could take another walk in customer. They are very rude and unprofessional. I left without receiving the service and I’ll never be returning or recommending the place to anyone.
I love coming here for my nails and have never been disappointed in anything. Thank you t&t for giving me beautiful nails.
Got them done today and it looks like it has been a couple of days!! She was rude and insisted on long nails when i said NO!! She said $40 dollars and proceeded with this work of art!! Smfh!! NEVER AGAIN!!
