Nice local barbershop. Called a few days before and was able to easily get a Sat appointment. Got a great haircut from Tiffany and was quickly on my way.
When I called, I let the barber know it'll be a curly hair cut. I asked if she had experience to which she agree. Turned out, she did not even have an afro comb. worse still, she completely messed up my teenage sons hair on 12/30. Hair was uneven, she never knew she had to comb it out. Instead, she proceeded to "pack" the hair only cutting off what protruded. She had no idea what she was doing. paid her $25. Had to take my son to another barber on 12/31 to fix it. Even the new barber could not believe a "professional" had actually cut off the child's hair as it was. I'm not sure how she does with non-curly hair but she completely flopped for that curly hair. I'll never go back there. I won not recommend her work to anyone with curly hair
We really love Tammy!! Well priced, professional, and cuts hair very well. When we first moved to Honolulu we got our haircuts with Tammy when she was cutting at another shop and followed her over to her new shop. She cuts my son and my hair and she is always so caring and gentle, such a good barber and a great person. Very happy to support her and her business! Parking in back is very helpful :)
I don’t often do reviews anywhere, but Tammy is the absolute best! She not only gives amazing haircuts that I argue are better than the $50+ barber shops, but she is incredibly kind and professional. It is extremely easy to schedule appointments (albeit she is very busy so call ahead) and she is very efficient while still doing a fantastic job. Her prices are very fair and her salon is very clean and tidy. She treats every customer so nicely and with the utmost respect. She’s a pleasure to talk with as well during your haircut. There is no other place I would go to for a haircut and highly highly recommend her! You will not be disappointed! I will be coming here for every single one of my haircuts for life!!!!

The worst place I've ever had a haircut. The hairdressers are not professional there, I have to go to another barber to fix what they did!! I strongly do not recommend!!!!
Love Tammy! I've been going to her for almost a year now. She does a great job every time for a great price! Quick every time and you can make an appointment or walk-in. She's super nice and listens to what you want. I really can't say enough good things about her and her business. It's always good when you find a hair stylist you trust to come back to!
