TERRIBLE!! RUN!!! PLEASE BEGGING YOU DON'T COME HERE!! THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, THE OWNER DOES UPCHARGE THE PRODUCTS!!! 1.) First time I came, the hairstylist was over half and hour late. Didnt get an apology or 5 bucks off nothing. Just rudeness. She did a decent job. Came back for second chance. 2.) A different hairstylist was doing my braids. She was in rush to leave early ( she told the owner prior she had to leave early to pick up her kids. mind you called to make sure they could fit me. I felt bad. She was very kind. She was stressed.I tipped the hairstylist 25 bucks because felt bad. ( half way through my braids were so terrible and messy. the hairstylist told me the owner would finish me up mind you I only had one of the braids done. I just left half after that. Then the owner ( lady upcharges me for products) tried to talk to me put her hands on me trying to bring me back. Never put your hands on anyone, trying to stay calm as she tried to drag me back kindly told her to get her hands off me before I got more upset. With half my hair done, I left. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.
This place is terrible!!!!! I came in with my wife for some hair products and the owner was straight up rude mocking my wife because she didn't have much knowledge of different hair products and instead of helping my wife with her "years of experience" she sold her something she didn't want and when I my wife realized it wasn't what she wanted she didn't even want to exchange it. My wife didn't want her money back she just wanted the stuff she needed. My wife was understandably upset and by the time I looked at the products and the receipt I noticed she over charged my wife $30 when the product had a completely different price. We brought this to the owners attention but she claimed she knew her products prices and the the charge was correct and completely disregarded the price tag. So not only was the owner rude but she is a thief as well. Don't ever go to this place, take your business elsewhere!!!!
Horrible service by Dorris , she blocked my number and all. I would not go here I should of read the reviews before trying to make my daughter an appointment I had one for Friday but called back and trying to move it to today which is Thursday mind you I’ve been calling since yesterday to move the appointment and the original appointment was made a week prior.She kept saying her braider hasn’t came in she’ll call me back this went on for two days I didn’t get a call back. Then I called again asking if it was okay to go through with a Thursday appointment , she gave me the same answer oh I’ll call you back at 3 pm I called after 3 and she straight up blocked my number. I never once met this women nor did I harass or talk to her cruel. She just doesn’t want business. I’ll take our business else where as you all should. It’s horrible here.
This place is horrible don't ever try to go into this place the staff is incredibly rude and they try to Jack the prices up at the last minute even though the price on wigs say one thing they try to charge you 10 to $15 more don't waste your time with these people they are a waste of space and the rudest most ignorant type of people you can imagine...horrible business. I would give zero Stars if I could
I only go there to buy up the Pink Oil styling gel. Keep that product coming and I'll keep going back. Also there was a guy back in 2017 that worked there that did my braids and my daughter. Were is he at? He was on point. Get some braiders like him and keep the nice cashier and have a polite folks work there that knows there work and you will be booming!
West Covina does not need business like this. Charge incorrectly and when ask for money back it is your fault because you don't know what you are buying? No lady what you're doing is stealing. Don't visit, and if you do, try not to get cheated.
None professional, sold me knock off Remy hair extensions. I'm a lisenced professional been,doing hair 29 years. I do not recommend this hair store. The owner is extremely argumentative, refused to have me bring in the hair. Hung up on me. I'll take my losses. ( Professionals beware! )
Doris is a horrible business owner she treats her extremely bad since I've been going for quite awhile I think I have 5 different girls I stop going because she tried too argue with me I guess she thinks she's the that dose sewins I don't thinks that everyone leaves she all around a mean person don't go there
