Not impressed. We had an appointment at 4 for 3 and the 3 techs took walk ins 5 min before our appointment causing them to rush through our pedicures because they were closing. Plus they didn't give any options or menus. We had no idea how much we were being charged until they were running our cards. Definitely will not be back and spreading the word its not a great place or atmosphere.
My husband and I had a good Sunday afternoon experience here. I got a very good manicure with a color suggested by the stylist. Then we both had pedicures that were basic but well done. The shop was busy the whole time and clients left looking good!
They did a great job on my pedicure and nails. But freaked out on me and my sister becuase we said mani vs a full set. So they kept going off on us for that.
My sister and I both have children with disabilities and they were getting impatient with them. Wendy yelled at my daughter for over filling her water cup. And kept telling her how bad she is and no over and over again. To the point my daughter with special needs started crying and screaming I wanna go home.
Won't be going back.
I love Nail Spa and Wendy. She does a really nice job on my nails (shape, length, and polish). I’ve always broken nails and needed fills every week and a half but I can go 3 weeks between fills with Wendy. They use quality products and the ladies are good at what they do. Worth the money.
I'm a medical assistant. I'm tough on my hands. This shellac mani lasted forever! At the 3 week mark, not a chip, but my nails had grown out so much I needed a new mani.
Got a pedi with my friend which was $40 each, didn’t even use hot towels. The lady doing my friends pedicure was aggressively rubbing the same spot/ bone at the top of her foot and LEFT A BRUISE!!!! because she was so occupied talking to the girl doing my pedicure. polish on both of our toes was sloppily done, whole process was rushed. massages were so short. both just went and played on their phones after, it’s clear that’s why they were rushing. don’t go here, simply not worth it.
Trish did AMAZING acrylic nails for me today. Wendy I won't get waxed anywhere else I LOVE MY EYEBROWS! & my pedicure is PERFECT TOO!!! ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? all the way, highly recommended Nail Spa, I never leave unsatisfied.
Great local family business. I’ve been coming here for years. Wendy is amazing and has a great staff and family.
Saddened by some of the negative reviews. Just don’t go if you don’t like it. Why try and ruin a business because your unhappy, and nobody listens to you in real life.
