Quick Facts About Strip Nails
Strip Nails Place, as evidenced by the comments above, has both strengths and weaknesses. In order to provide a comprehensive analysis, we will discuss each comment in detail and highlight the key points.
The first comment was from a customer who had a negative experience at Strip Nails Place. They mentioned that the nail technician cut their ingrown nail badly and did not apologize for the mistake. Moreover, they felt insulted when the technician commented on their skin color. This incident reflects a major weakness of the salon in terms of customer service. The lack of apology and the inappropriate comment are both significant issues that impacted the customer's overall experience.
On the positive side, the second comment mentioned a nice time and good, friendly service during a mother-daughter visit for gel pedicures. Although there were issues with the gel polish popping off after a week, the customer appreciated the comfortable ambiance and atmosphere of the salon. This indicates that Strip Nails Place has created a pleasant environment for customers to relax and enjoy their services.
However, the following comment raises concerns about the quality of the nail technicians. The customer complained about sloppy work, uneven shape and length, and bumpy gel polish. They also mentioned unprofessional behavior, such as wiping gel polish with their finger and not properly wiping off excess polish before curing. Furthermore, the technician did not address the customer's complaints about the drill feeling hot on their finger and the burning sensation from the lamp. This reflects a weakness in the skill level and professionalism of the technicians at Strip Nails Place.
Another negative comment highlighted issues during a gel manicure. The customer stated that it took an hour, the technician did not fulfill their requests, and displayed uninterested behavior. This, coupled with lumpy polish and polish on the customer's skin, suggests a lack of attention to detail and a lack of communication from the technician. Thus, the quality of service appears inconsistent, and the customer's overall experience was unsatisfactory.
Contrary to the previous comments, the fifth comment displayed enthusiasm and satisfaction with Strip Nails Place. The customer praised the service, affordability, massage chairs, and the quality of calf and shin massages. The technician's promise to have the customer walking all day and dancing all night was fulfilled, according to the comment. This positive feedback showcases the strength of their service quality, affordability, and understanding of customer needs.
The final comment highlights Nancy, a nail technician, as a standout staff member who provides excellent service. The customer commended Nancy for her skills and described her as a sweetheart and a talented nail tech. This emphasizes the strength of the salon in terms of having skilled and personable staff members.
One recurring weakness in the comments is pricing discrepancies and miscommunication. The seventh comment explicitly mentions the salon lying about prices and being dismissive towards customers. This inconsistency in pricing and negative attitude towards customers greatly hinder the salon's reputation and detracts from the overall customer experience.
In conclusion, Strip Nails Place has a mix of strengths and weaknesses. They have a pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, and skilled technicians. However, there are concerns over customer service, professionalism, attention to detail, and pricing transparency. Addressing these weaknesses would greatly improve the overall customer experience at Strip Nails Place, ensuring a more positive reputation and customer satisfaction.

I'm being generous with 3 stars. I came for a pedicure and the lady went to trim my ingrown nail. She cut me really badly. See photo. She didn't even apologize for her wrong doing. She charged me full price. She also had the gal to tell me that I needed to go to the beach because I was too white! I'm never going here again.
Took my daughter here and had a really nice time getting gel pedicures. Good, friendly service. Toes looked great afterwards. Mine was done just a little bit too thick on a couple toes and after a week the gel polish on two toes popped off unfortunately. However, the service while we were there was great. Very comfortable nail salon and a nice atmosphere.
Sloppy work. Shape & length is uneven, gel polish is bumpy. I’ve never seen a nail tech put on a coat of gel polish, wipe it down with their finger, and then proceed to cure it. There is also gel polish on my finger and hands as it was not wiped before curing. I expressed several times that the drill was making my finger feel hot and the tech did not adjust the settings at all. When I told the tech that the lamp was burning my hands, his solution was to tell me to take my hand out when it feels burned and put it back in repeatedly.
Took an hour for a gel manicure…did not do what I asked and when I asked to get what I originally wanted he rolled his eyes. He did not say a single word during the whole manicure. The polish is lumpy and there’s polish on my skin. It just looks terrible.
Phenomenal service that war much more affordable than the bougie places in the hotels. They have massage chairs (which I love) and their calf and shin massages were amazing after 3 days of walking all over Vegas. They guy even said he'd fix me up and have me "walking all day and dancing all night." He sure did.
This is the best nail shop I have been to in Vegas! It's not too far from the strip. Demetri did an absolutely AMAZING job on my pedicure. My feet have never been softer and he has excellent customer service. Nancy is wonderful as well, she did my boyfriend's pedicure. She was very patient and sweet. WE WILL BE BACK. Thank you so much!
Before I came to this establishment I called and asked for acrylic nail prices they told me with gel nail polish it would be $80 for a full set. I get there I do my pedicure and I show them a picture of what I wanted and they say oh it’s 135 and then they said a basic one would be $95 versus when I called before they said 80 with polish. They lie about their prices, they have bad attitudes and they pressure you and don’t let you take your time to pick what you want. My mom and I got the same type of nails and they were two different prices, same design and everything they choose their prices based on the person. This establishment made me feel like they profile charge you based, on what you look like. I would not recommend coming here for your nails, definitely a rip off.
Nancy is such a sweetheart bad a** nail tech, do not mistake going anywhere else. BEST TECH on the STRIP
