These issues suggest deficiencies in the application techniques, product quality, or nail technicians' skills, potentially indicating a lack of consistency and attention to detail.
2. Inconsistent Pricing: One customer mentions that each nail technician at Nancy Spa Nails charges a different price for the same service. Professionalism is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Unsatisfactory Service Experience: Several customers express dissatisfaction with their overall service experience at Nancy Spa Nails. Concerns raised include the poor quality of work, uneven filing of nails, bleeding caused by improper procedures, polish bubbles, and polish outside the nail bed. These complaints indicate a lack of attention to detail and suggest a need for improvement in the technical skills of the nail technicians.
5. Overcharging: One customer reports being charged a higher amount than initially quoted by the nail technician. This inconsistency in charging customers can erode trust and create a negative impression of the salon.

Betty is the best! They are all good nail techs here and very kind and friendly atmosphere! Going there is like hanging out with Friends. I get a gel
Manicure because my nails are so brittle and with the gel my nails grow naturally and the nail polish last 3-4 weeks. Thank you Betty and staff!!!
My initial experience was great (the process) that I paid $100 for my full set and tipped $25 that was on 12/22/22. My 2 nails broke in the same places by 12/24 and it became a domino effect ‘til where I only have 4 original nails. Both young ladies who answered the phone were nice and one recommend that the tech needed to make the apex thicker and when I got in the tech would just redo the others so I don’t have to keep taking trips. I came in and the tech only replaced one and said when it was time for my fill in( the nerve), which was not what I was told! The same day a thumb nail(one that she never fixed)popped off . My original set was beautiful but had foundation issues. I paid for a service and unfortunately it hasn’t been pleasant. Oh and the tech basically stated that maybe I should see another tech as if I caused the problem. I never disrespected her ,didn’t dispute a charge nothing …moving forward I will find a new nail shop that values customers. I have 6 new nails 4 old ones and 2 out of 10 still broke from original set. Yea no!
I paid $40 for fullset no chip and $40 for a pedicure no chip. My nails did not last 7 days... they begin popping off like press on nails. This is not the first time this happened. I decided to give them one final try because the atmosphere is nice however the service and quality is horrible. Save your money and go elsewhere. Oh in addition all my nails look fat like thumb nails
Ladies were very friendly. Very relaxing atmosphere. Place was clean. Only giving 3 stars because I got a pedicure and sat under the dryer for 25-30 minutes. Put my shoes on and my big toe chipped before I even left the salon. I paid $33 for basic pedicure and had to repaint and sit there another 30 minutes. So under dryer for 1 hour!
I was there a few days ago to get basic long, coffin, matte black acrylics which i have done regularly somewhere else. Already 1 nail fell off, 1 cracked in half and on the others the polish is peeling off. Not to mention from the start she cut 3 of my fingers filing my nails so bad they were bleeding. And immediately after i left i noticed they were all. Different shapes and not straight. Definitely would not recommend
I have been going to this salon for a couple years now and have found that each nail tech has a different price for the same service I get all the time. Price carries as much as $7 without explanation. I've decided I'm trying a new place that opened and have been once and plan to return to the new place.
I went in for a manicure and pedicure.3 weeks ago. It was so cold all the workers had to wear coats. Wasn't busy on this particular day. No way was I sticking around in the cold. Might as well go outside side walk around.
The older gentleman is nice but should not be providing service. His work is very sloppy. The pedicure was barely okay. The no chip manicure is horrible. My fingernails are not filed evenly. My cuticles look like... I can't describe them it's so bad. The polish has bubbles and is not smooth. There is polish outside the nail bed. I had to have him re-do 2 nails. Really more needed to be re-polished but it still would not have mattered. I asked one of the other techs to help him. She did not. It was a horrible experience. He told me the fee was 55.00 but charged my card 58.00. Waste of money! I will not revisit again.
