Do not go to this salon. I went in requesting the most basic service, having my dipped nails removed. I walked into the salon to 3 of the workers just sitting in the chairs on their phones and one was giving herself a pedicure. I was told to have a seat and wait. I waited for 10 minutes for the lady to finish her pedicure on herself and then she came over to me, without washing her hands and no mask on. She then began to pry my nails off, literally ripping them apart. I requested that she stopped and just soaked them because it hurt so bad. She was so rude and abruptly got up to get acetone and a bowl. I sat with my nails soaking for another 20 minutes while she began to do someone else’s nails. She came back to me and tried to continue ripping my nails off with cuticle trimmers. At that point I asked for someone else there to finish my nails. The next lady began to use an electric file and asked how short I wanted them to be cut. I told her that I wanted my nails to be preserved as much as possible, like I had told the first lady. She told me that they needed to be cut short. After looking at my nails at point and realizing how bad they had been damaged, I walked out. Don’t waste your time here, they are unprofessional and absolutely lacking in customer service skills. I should also mention that there is not a single certification or license posted on their walls.
I got a full set with a pedicure and give the pedi a 5 star because I love the pedicure but the full set is a 0 star due to it being a whole different experience. I wanted to try it out and yes I got cut in 3 areas of my left hand. My nail tech was on the phone the entire time, bubbles in my fifth digit(thumb) I had to set an appointment to get this done. Paid a total of $75.00 will not be coming back. I showed my receipts show my purchase was from the nail salon as proof.
First time going there. Not interested in coming back. The lady was nice, that I'll give her. This lady really cut me, and she didn't cut my nails the length I wanted. They're all uneven, and my pointer finger is longer than my other nails. Also I choose to do gel nail polish, and it's like peeling or something. I didn't have the nails for 24 hours and it was bubbling. So now my nails dont even look nice anymore. Would not recommend for acrylics
I paid $88 for pedi and full set today. The towel that she used was nasty. she cut me like 3 times I had to stop her at one point cuz I saw my finger is about to bleed. I showed her a picture for my full set but she didn't do it right. Definitely not happy with the service!
I love this place. Everyone here is super friendly. I was having trouble matching a polish to a dress and the woman made the suggestion of layering the glitter over the base at the bottom. It came out gorgeous! Also the deluxe pedicure is a 10/10 and smells amazing.
BEWARE!!! They will rip you off. I thought I have found my nail shop, one that I could trust being new to the area. The first time I went got plain nails with a gold sparkle design added and was charged $60, 3 weeks later came back and got clear and glitter polish added (not half as much as was done on my other nails and does not look as good as my other nails) AND I was charged $75. This was my last trip, I should not have ignored the reviews, compared to the quality I am use to receiving prior to moving here, they are sloppy and low quality. I will not continue to be overcharged for low quality nails. I am not from Flagstaff but I am convinced there has to be better options near.
This salon was great for me and my 7 yr old daughter. The women were very sweet and we love our toes!
Not satisfied or impressed by this salon. I came home and took a shower and got out of the shower with my nail color already chipping off. Also lots of uneven spots and bubbles. I will be having a friend fix them.
