Pinky Nails is the ABSOLUTE BEST when it comes to nail and feet care. Their pedicures are out of this world relaxing and they are always careful to give the best service. These are the nicest people. I’ve been coming to Pinky Nails since 2014 when I moved back to Charlotte. People come here because they know the service is quality and they’re going to receive good treatment. Conversations, greetings and goodbyes are met with hugs and “see you next time friend!” I mean how great is that! It’s always been a wonderful experience for me and if I don’t love the polish “I” chose, they are willing to let you pick something else or suggest another. Just remember folks: If you or other people are complaining, ask yourself how you are treating your service worker? Remember it’s not always them…sometimes it can be you. We can be REAL EXTRA at times so be mindful and give courtesy when you expect it in return! I Love This Place & will continue to go as long as I receive this AWESOME service! The smile on my favorite nail tech and my baby girl doing his nails on my sons birthday rainy weather may be making the queen city dark but this place is a ray of sunshine. My weekly get away ????????

2 years later I am getting married and I drove 45 minutes to get my nails done because no one in concord can do nails like Pinky’s.

Roach infested. A big roach crawled out while I was there and the nail pedicure technician baby killed it with no hesitation Then pedicure tech picked up the roach with tissue and threw it out. I politely asked her to wash her hands and she said she would not because she didn’t touch anything. Very unsanitary. I was already skeptical when the roach crawled out but I heard the pedicure tech was really good so I thought why not give it a try but then when she refused to wash her hands that made my decision very easy

After experienced rushed, poor quality service next morning after shower, and dry off the gel polished bubbles and peels... returned for correction, to no avail. Will not be returning.

Very professional and quick. Rarely a long line. I get very basic nails and I love them. The workers never give me a problem.

I've been going to Pinky Nails for about 15 years. The only person that does my nails now is TINA. I never have to worry about what how I want my nails to look. She handles it all and I'm always very pleased. She is excellent with making sure that my nails and feet are done perfectly. She takes her time and never allows me to leave disappointed. TINA IS THE BEST. Her entire family is WONDERFUL. If you ever go, ASK FOR TINA!!!!!!!!!!!

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The salon looked and smelled VERY CLEAN! The quality was incredible and prices were great! The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and more than accommodating. As an out of state salon owner I would highly highly this place. They use fresh, sanitary implements on each new client. They're licenses are all posted and up to date. Definently a go to nail shop. 3 other places were very rude and unprofessional when we tried to offer our business. Im glad we found this place!!
