Please stop saying Asian and Korean people are racist. Sometimes, it may feel that way, but that is not true. Everyone is different and may act differently than what you're used to seeing. If you're followed, it's because we may want to help you find something. That's how sales is. That doesn't mean they have hate in their hearts. Just because someone doesn't act aggressively fake friendly doesn't mean they are racist or unfriendly. We are friendly and loved people. We do not have hatred in us.
It's been a while since I've been to this shop just because my last experience was so bad. I had gone in to buy a wig and found one that I wanted to purchase. I pulled out my phone to transfer money to my checking account so I could get it and I was accused of trying to compare prices and chased out of the store. Even when I tried showing them what I was doing they told me to leave and refused to sell to me. I've decided to just go else where because that was just so unsettling
I will never go there again I was looking at a jar of pressing oil and opened it up to see the thickness and they went to saying I don’t want you looking at that. So I said you lost my business goodbye! Don’t go here they have nothing worth looking at anyway
They hate black people but sale black hair products???? Their prices are higher than all other shops in Clarksville. I have only come here twice and both times were awful!. The only reason I even came back was because every other store was closed. I will never procrastinate again. I REFUSE to ever spend my money here again. If you want to literally feel racism, step through their door and they will show you. We should not shop where we are not wanted.
Very much so disappointed at their customer service. Very much so racial vibes. Witness a couple of things today and that’s not ok.
My experience there was quite unsettling. When I got in there, I was only greeted with suspicious eyes. Going in there I asked, I believe Kim, where something was and she didn’t give me the time of day and shooed me away into a section that didn’t belong to what I was looking for. When I asked for some help looking for something else, she was very aloof and shallow in the interaction. I shouldn’t have made the purchase but I didn’t want to drive to a different location with terrible drivers in bad weather. I DO NOT recommend this location. There won’t be a next time of me going there and I believe that’s why she barely had anyone there in the first place. We are people too not just skin. Get you head out of your cream pie hole and have the day you deserve.

Before exiting the military, it was so easy to get caught up in the once a week haircut numb fest - go in, get a generic "hi andwelcome, "take a number, sit down, get called, go sit down (again), tell the barber high-n-tight and shaved, 7 minutes later pay and out the door.
After the military, finding the right place, right barber for the right price has been a major recon challenge. Many barber shops lack the adaptability to work beyond the "military cut."
Not so with Kim's. My experience with this team was much different. Their customer service is outstanding. The staff is very warm, professional, knowledgeable, willing to listen before cutting, and extremely competent in their skill sets.
It is worth your time to enjoy a refreshing new experience. Come on by, meet their staff, and begin your journey...
