TDS Nails and Spa strengths and weaknesses can be identified based on the comments provided. Here's an analysis:
Strengths:

2. Excellent Service: Multiple comments praised the excellent service provided at TDS Nails and Spa. Friendly staff, professionalism, and good customer support contribute to a positive overall experience.
3. Clean and Modern Environment: Customers appreciated the cleanliness and modern ambiance of the salon. A clean environment is crucial for maintaining hygiene standards and providing a comfortable experience.
4. Skilled Technicians: Many customers mentioned the skill and expertise of the technicians, which is an important quality for a nail salon. Skilled technicians can ensure a high-quality and satisfactory manicure or pedicure.
5. COVID-19 Safety Measures: One customer acknowledged the salon's adherence to COVID-19 safety measures, such as wearing masks. Following safety protocols is essential for customers' well-being and shows the salon's commitment to the health and safety of its clients.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent Results: One customer mentioned that some nails had an incorrectly applied top coat. Inconsistency in the application of products can be a drawback as it affects the overall appearance and durability of the manicure or pedicure.
2. Poor Sanitation Practices: One individual raised concerns about the salon's sanitation practices. The customer observed that the technician did not follow proper sanitation techniques, including using contaminated gloves, using watered-down and dirty cream, and not sterilizing tools. Poor sanitation can lead to potential risks of infection and may deter customers from visiting the salon.
3. Unpleasant Demeanor of Technicians: According to one comment, technicians had an unpleasant demeanor and did not prioritize customer requests. This negative attitude towards customers can create an unwelcoming atmosphere and leave customers feeling dissatisfied with their experience.
4. Chipped Nail Polish and Incomplete Service: A customer mentioned that their nails chipped within a day, and the technician did not use a top coat. Additionally, there was excess polish left around the nails. Incomplete service and subpar results can lead to customer dissatisfaction and affect the salon's reputation.
5. Lack of Attention to Detail: One customer commented that their nails looked fake, and the polish appeared lumpy. Lack of attention to detail can impact the overall quality of the manicure and result in a less appealing outcome for customers.
In conclusion, TDS Nails and Spa has strengths such as long-lasting results, excellent service, a clean environment, skilled technicians, and adherence to COVID-19 safety measures. However, concerns regarding inconsistent results, poor sanitation practices, an unpleasant demeanor of technicians, incomplete service, and a lack of attention to detail need to be addressed to improve the overall experience for customers.

I got my nails done years ago(wasn't here, don't remember where) when my first daughter got married and swore I never do it again it was the acrylic and they came off and tore my nails off. So 10 years later my youngest daughter is getting married so this time I went and I did the french manicure dip. I loved it. Been going ever since, always last at least 3 weeks. They do a great job everytime they always check it out make sure everything's evem and done nice before they are done.I'm actually waiting for them to open now so I can go over this am since I'm off. ????
Perfect as always. Excellent service????
Everyone was very nice. Clean, modern place..They did a great job with my pedicure. Nails turned out okay. The top coat wasn't applied correctly on some of my nails. I didn't notice until I got all the way back home to, downtown Orlando. Overall okay. I'll go again but, I'll try a different tech next time.
I was trying to give a chance to this place but definitely I did not like it, first of all my nails look fake, I've done my nails with this style too Many times in others places and they look great but I was pretty close to this salon and decided to go here and now I regret :( besides, the polish are not smooth it has lump, I told the tech and she started to filed the nails trying to give a shape but did not do a good job and cant get them smooth, they look a little better in the pic as they are in the reality! I'm just giving 2 stars because I like my eyebrows and the pedi (no polish, thanks God!)
I havent had my nails done since 2018, and I had a reeeeally pleasant experience at TDS nails. Masks were worn inside at all times as per the COVID-19 mask mandate in Orange county. Everything was clean, sanitized, and presentable. Khanie did my manipedi and was friendly, answered my questions, and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend this place!
I greatly enjoy this salon. I tend to go on Sundays around 1pm. Not too busy ????
Service is wonderful and professional. I had acrylic removal with no damage to my natural nail and dip powder done. So glad I came.
I was uncomfortable in this salon because the woman doing my nails did not follow proper sanitation techniques. She was doing my pedicure with gloves on, put her contaminated gloves in a tub of cream and then put that cream on me. I could tell that this tub was used on everyone and the cream appeared watered down and dirty. The nail and cutitle clippers came out of a dirty box and not an autoclave bag. The nail file was old and worn as was the heel scrubber. Neither appeared sterilized and did not come out of sterilization bags. I did see another person working there bring clippers to her client in a sterilized pouch from the back. I did not see the Indicator boxes so not sure if they follow that procedure some of the time. The woman who did my nails didn't use a top coat while painting them and they chipped in a day. There was also polish all around the nail when she was done. All of the technicians had an unpleasant demeanor when dealing with customer requests. More of a customer is not right, you get what you get attitude. I don't think this is a safe place to be getting work done on your hands and feet as the possiblity for infection is high. As well as a low quality of work is being done.
Ann was amazing! Great service great price .
