Always so soothing to get a pedicure. Got an extra 15 min massage on the legs and it felt amazing. EMILY did such a great job, will be returning next month.
This place is a little bit more expensive, but it is NEW and CLEAN, which is important to me. The service didn't amaze me, but they were certainly friendly. The spa pedicure chairs are very nice and quiet.
I'm not sure why this place has a lot of low star reviews. I'm glad I chose to come here anyway. It's my new favorite place for a pedicure. Annie always does my pedicure and I love how detailed she is. I never feel like she rushes anything. She even repairs my big toe with acrylic when I accidentally hit something and chip my nail. I do recommend making an appointment if you don't like to wait. And the hot wax feel AMAZING!

The acrylic overlay on my toes could have been done way better, they are not shaped to match, buffed or anything. And you can tell through the get paint.???? She stated rushing when other customers showed up.

The staff were so kind and attentive. My mother in law has a hard time with mobility. The ladies teamed up and let her rest in the massage chair while two of them did her pedi and mani. Very clean and neat inside. Thank you!
As a customer, I don't ever complain and I'm always extremely patient because I know service occupations can be stressful and long, however, this time, my patience was tested. I walked in with my daughter for manicures/ full set, and a very friendly man handling the front desk welcomed us and mentioned a 10 min wait. After 40 mins we were finally acknowledged and they began working on my daughter's nails. A while later, a male technician began working on my nails, he put the nail tips on and asked me to wait for him...I was already almost 2 hours in so, I just remained patient. As I waited for over 20 minutes, I noticed he began folding towels and then continued to help other customers as he ignored me. I realized I was already there for 2 hours and I had a halfway job done, so I asked the lady tech to remove the tips because I could no longer wait... I didn't have time to sit for another hour. She apologized and offered $10 off for my daughter's nails, I was thankful (wasn't her fault), but still felt upset for the time wasted. I walked away with glue on my nails and some of the tips still on. Don't waste your time, find a better rated nail salon!
My wife went in on Sunday (two days ago) to have French Tips done for a wedding this Saturday. 24 hours after a painful (she su stained three, deep cuts) session, the fill was peeling off of her nails.
Today, she returned to allow the apathetic employee an opportunity to fix a terrible job. After waiting two hours, the employee cut her four more times and tried to charge her full price. I’m currently helping her stop bleeding from two deep cuts.
Take it as you will, but this store is disrespectful, lazy, and not worth $55. Go somewhere that actually cares more about your beauty and returning patronage than a lousy $50.
