Quick Facts About Nails 2001
Nails 2001 place seems to have a mix of positive and negative comments from customers. In analyzing these comments, we can identify the strengths and weaknesses of the salon.
Starting with the strengths, it is evident that the salon has skilled and gentle nail technicians. Customers mention that their nails were shaped nicely and the pedicure was enjoyable. The staff is also described as friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness of the salon is mentioned multiple times, with customers noting the use of tub liners and gloves during pedicures. The availability of walk-in appointments and minimal waiting time is also seen as a positive aspect of the salon.
In terms of weaknesses, one of the main issues mentioned by customers is the lack of communication or language barriers with some of the technicians. This can lead to misunderstandings and unsatisfactory results, such as nails being cut too short or gel nails peeling off quickly. Another weakness mentioned is the inconsistency in the quality of work, with one customer stating that their pedicure was not as good as what they had experienced elsewhere. Pricing is also mentioned as a concern, with one customer feeling overcharged without explanation and another being charged extra for removing gel polish.
Based on the comments, it is clear that one of the strengths of Nails 2001 place is the ability to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for customers. The saloon is described as clean, the staff is friendly, and the services are fairly priced. Additionally, the salon is able to rectify issues, as seen with the customer whose gel nails peeled off and was able to get them fixed for free.
However, there are some areas for improvement. The salon should focus on improving communication with customers, especially if there are language barriers. It is important for technicians to understand the preferences of customers, particularly regarding the length and style of their nails. Consistency in the quality of work is also a weakness that should be addressed. Customers should be able to expect the same level of skill and attention to detail regardless of which technician they are assigned to.
In conclusion, Nails 2001 place has several strengths that make it an attractive salon for customers. However, there are areas for improvement, such as communication with customers and consistency in the quality of work. By addressing these weaknesses, the salon can elevate its reputation and provide a consistently excellent experience for all customers.

After going in with my month old dip nails I was very nervous since I am a very picky person when it comes to having my nails/pedi done. Linda did an amazing job. She shaped them nicely & heard to what I was asking for. The gentleman that did my pedicure took his time & was gentle but yet got the job done. I will definitely continue to go back. Only thing I notice that I was overcharged not knowing or was I explained what for. Maybe next time I will ask! But they definitely did a good job! Thanks ????
I've been here a few times now and i bring my 10 year old with me every time. The nail techs both my daughter and I see are great and gentle. I had been going to another nearby salon and every time I walked out with some sort of injury from the dremel and my nails weren't lasting. I haven't had one issue with this place. I've been a walk in every time and haven't had to wait at all. I've also watched them clean quite a bit and interact with other customers. Would definitely recommend!
First and last visit. It felt very unwelcoming to start with. I don’t think the young man doing my toes could speak any English and never asked how short I like them trimmed. He cut my nails so short, my big toe hurt for a week. I had gel removed and reapplied and was not nearly the quality of work I had done up north.
My pedicure was fairly priced and enjoyable, however my tech was more interested in watching the soccer game then focusing on my pedicure. Paraffin wax was so hot it burned my foot . I would return but prefer a different tech.
I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The pedicure was relaxing, prices were fair. I left happy until the next day when 2 of my my gel nails completely peeled off. I went back and they were very gracious and fixed them for free even though I offered to pay. The next day 2 more peeled off. I get gel manicures often, and I have never had this problem before. This my first time visiting this place and although they were very nice and the place was clean, a gel manicure should last longer than 2 days. It’s possible that the gel polish they use is old or inferior but I am not going to go back to find out. I don’t have the time or the money to waste.
Lee did my ails and feet. She did a great job!! Found my new nail salon!
Went with my grandchildren and daughter. Got 4 pedicures. The the technician that did my family was great. The technician got upset when I did not want gel on my toes slopped on the polish and don’t put on a top coat then charged me $5 extra because I got gel last time and they had to remove it. She was very rude! Disappointing!
This my first visit at this nail salon. I went in for a pedicure. The facility was clean, they used tub liners and gloves. They have a 4 tier pedicure service choice starting at 25 dollars. I chose the spa pedicure. I left feeling relaxed and pampered. David did a very nice job and the massage portion of the pedicure was wonderful. I will definitely be booking another appointment.
