Food was great, very much enjoyed my first parmo. We went on a Friday night and wasn't too busy. The tables were very close together though, would definitely reccomend to the owner to reconfigure the space so people aren't so close, it was to the point where it was a little uncomfortable. Staff were very attentive and helpful.
Had a large group of people eat last night including my fussy children. The food was amazon especially for the price. We travelled all the way uo from plymouth and I hadn't had a parmo since new-year and left fat and full the parmo was amazin and the garlic sauce was perfect. Also didnt have 1 complain from my children. Thank you so much to our server who I've forgotten his name but was extremely freindly yet professional.
Thank you George pub and grill for a stress free evening. 6 stars in my opinion.

Went today for Sunday lunch ordered drinks to then be told the gas had gone off so no pumps working then ordered a wine to be told no wine left , asked for a Sunday lunch menu to be told they couldn’t find one but he can tell us what they is , ordered 5 dinners no cutlery brought to the table had to get our own from another table food came veg was hard & beef chewy , the guy came over offered us free desserts for the drink issue we asked for dessert menu again no menu so he told us they was just two desserts ordered fudge cake then to be told no custard lol. No atmosphere in the pub felt really uncomfortable service very poor , Feel like I’ve been robbed of £55

First time ordering from here and will not be doing so again and advise others not to either.
If you like to wait hours for cold poor food and service then this is the place for you.
Our food took 3 hours from ordering to delivery.
Rang up to see where our food was and we were told our order was ready and they were waiting for a driver, half an hour later still no food so rang back, we were told the food had just come out of the kitchen and the driver was just on his way out of the door with it.
Eventually when the food did arrive. 1 meal was missing, 1 meal had the wrong meat and 2 sides were missing. Following this 2 of the dinners had string off the meat in them. Rang to complain , the staff didn't sound to bothered (probably use to it) was told to go through just eat for a refund.
The complaints and bad reviews are obviously not affecting them as it seems to be an ongoing issue and as long as people keep ordering nothing is going to change.
No pumps working. Ordered Angus burger with chips. That was no Angus burger. Got 2 burgers in the bun. ???? also lovely oven chips. NOT
I have followed this place for a while and I couldn’t wait to try! I can confirm it looks better then it tastes! Staff was questionable the young lad clearly didn’t want to be there ! The only way I can describe the atmosphere was awkwardly silent! Should have read the reviews before going but got to see the lovely sights of Stockton I suppose ????????
Came here for the first time, as it was on my bucket list. I ordered the Mc Burger which came with chips, my fiancé the Plain (classic) Parmo which came with chips and dressed salad.
My McBurger was absolutely amazing, the delicious mix of ketchup and mustard sauce and sliced onions on top of the patty is to die for, the beef patty itself was nice, juicy and chunky. It also comes with sliced pickles but i took them off, sorry, I'm not a pickle fan but my fiance' enjoyed them lol. Chips were hot and crunchy just the way good intended them to be.
Presentation for both plates was exceptional, service was very friendly and patiently answered a my questions lol. Price is a bonus too and we were nice and full until dinner time. The restaurant was clean and not so busy, which i prefer.
We haven't been since and am still craving those amazing flavours from that burger, i can't wait until they reopen again.
