Quick Facts About The Little Blue Bakery
The Little Blue Bakery has received both positive and negative feedback from customers regarding their food, service, hygiene, and pricing. In order to thoroughly assess the strengths and weaknesses of the bakery, let's analyze the comments.
Starting with the strengths, several customers have praised The Little Blue Bakery for its good value for money. One customer specifically mentioned that the price of the food they ordered was reasonable considering the portion size. This is important as customers appreciate feeling like they are getting their money's worth. In addition, the food has been described as "absolutely divine" and "tasted quite fresh." The fact that the food is prepared after the order is placed indicates that the bakery prioritizes freshness.
Another notable strength of The Little Blue Bakery is its commitment to sustainability. One customer commended the use of recyclable takeaway boxes. This demonstrates that the bakery is environmentally conscious and takes steps to reduce waste.
Furthermore, the friendliness of the delivery person was mentioned as a positive aspect. Customer service plays a significant role in the overall dining experience, and a friendly delivery person can make a positive impression on customers.
However, several weaknesses have been pointed out by dissatisfied customers. One recurring complaint is the issue of food temperature. Some customers received their food lukewarm or even freezing cold. This can significantly impact the enjoyment of the meal and is a notable weakness for the bakery.
Poor hygiene practices have also been brought up. Customers expressed disappointment with dirty and unhygienic cutlery, plates, and mugs. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness is crucial for any food establishment, and The Little Blue Bakery seems to have fallen short in this aspect.
In terms of service, multiple customers have expressed dissatisfaction. One customer encountered rude service when dealing with a billing issue, while others found the staff unhelpful. Friendly and efficient service is integral to a positive dining experience, and The Little Blue Bakery needs to address this weakness to improve customer satisfaction.
The quality of the food itself has been criticized by several customers. Complaints about soggy bread, undercooked vegetables, and hard and stale brownies highlight a lack of consistency and quality control in the bakery's food preparation. Customers expect a certain level of quality when dining out or ordering takeout, and The Little Blue Bakery needs to address these issues to regain customer trust.
Lastly, pricing has been mentioned as a weakness. Some customers felt that the food was overpriced given its poor quality or portion size. Balancing quality and value for money is important for customer satisfaction, and The Little Blue Bakery may need to reevaluate their pricing strategy.
In conclusion, The Little Blue Bakery possesses strengths such as good value for money, delicious and fresh food, and a commitment to sustainability. However, weaknesses lie in temperature control, poor hygiene practices, inconsistent service, and issues with food quality and pricing. Addressing these weaknesses will be crucial for the bakery to improve customer satisfaction and maintain a loyal customer base.

The food was good price for amount of food I ordered. The food was absolutely divine. I ordered the grilled tuna panini with fried, sweet potato fries and a pancake with Kelly's clotted cream vanilla ice cream. Everything tasted quite fresh as it was prepared after order. As usual, I love that they use recyclable takeaway boxes. I would definitely try this place again.
The woman who delivered the food was very friendly.
Food was freezing when it arrived , I also asked for chips not a bag of salt , absolutely disgusting !!! Worst takeaway I've had to date , definitely not ordering from there again and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Thought I would call into Warrens Bakery for a sausage roll and coffee. What a mistake!
I truly do not think I have seen such dirty and unhygienic cutlery, plates and mugs.
Served like there is nothing wrong!
I never complained, I thought I would take a photo, review the company and leave because to be frank... this kind of hygiene level is not acceptable to someone just saying “sorry”.
Sorry Warrens it’s one star and photos for you!
Visited bicester on Sunday stopped for coffee in this bakery, couldn't believe the experience, was charged full price for bacon bap and hot drink instead of offer! Nearly had milk thrown over us by server too interested in what else was going on 5 people behind counter but 3 dealing with one problem, service rubbish! Would not visit again
Food is overpriced and poor quality. I ordered a panini, it was squashed to less than a cm, the bread was soggy and heavy. I asked for ice in a cup to have with juice but you can only get a cup if you have a milkshake, they would have to charge for it for stock control! Ridiculous . Staff were very unhelpful. Won’t be back.
Can’t comment on in store dining as we have our food delivered & drivers always friendly, breakfast wraps are to die for like most of the breakfast menu, prices are a little steep but delivery charge is half that of most other places, will definitely be coming in for lunch at some point.
So I've been here before and had great, tasty, fresh food, no problems.
But today I was very disappointed. The veg in my pasty was undercooked and hard and the brownie I had was stale. Not as in a bit dry, but hard as a rock. I only noticed when driving home or I would have returned it immediately. This thing would have been like that first thing this morning and I'm stunned there's no quality control/check. I must say I will not return any time soon!
Had a burger and sweet potato fries delivered via Uber Eats. Food arrived only lukewarm. Burger was below average quality (think something you'd get from a roadside van), chips were inedible and not cooked properly. Disappointed.
