Great little breakfast place, good food and the staff are fantastic

We visited today based on local reviews, order two medium breakfast with tea and sat down, seen around 10 people being served before us when they ordered after us, We had our toddler with us who was crying and irritable waiting which the staff kept looking over. By that point surely they would wonder why we are sat there without our food. 30 minutes after arrival my partner went up to ask where our food was and they seemed to have forgot our order, they gave us our money back and off we went. Very poor service
