The Nail Bar is the BEST salon I have found in Bluffton OR HHI. I bounced around salons, never excited with my results for either my nails and\or eyebrows. Then, I moved across the street from Nail Bar, tried it and have never been to another salon since! They are truly artists in all forms of nails, nail design, facial and body waxing. The staff is so friendly and personable, they truly make me feel like I'm home with good friends. Everyone in the salon knows all of their guests, despite who your regular person may be, and everyone does a breathtakingly great job. I dont have the room here to list ALL of the amazing things they do for everyone but Nail Bar is WELL WORTH a try. I think you might even find your new fav salon

First and last time here!!!! I had heard good things about this spot but this by far has been The worst nail shop experience I have ever had in my 18 years of getting my nails done!!!! Everyone is "polite, friendly and professional" until you say you don't like something or specify how YOU want YOUR nails and NOT how they want to do it. I arrived at 3:30pm and didn't leave until 7pm. Frank initially started off doing my nails and I requested ombre/pink and white, however, I kept telling him I didn't like the look. He tried a lighter pink and it was worse. I asked him to blend the pink more he told me he would and the nails would look the way I want when he files them. Ok cool, I guess I'll trust you a little maybe you have a different technique. Needless to say once filed the nails were even uglier. I asked that they be corrected and the first thing Frank along with the owners tell me... you will have to pay for the service. I don't mind paying for MY service when I am pleased. Frank half heartedly attempted to correct the problem, by telling me there are no other pink and white options ????????????. Then he refused to correct my nails saying that he doesn't want to waste his time and I'm not going to like the nails. Sad part is when I showed Tammi(the owner?) the way Frank did my nails and asked if would walk around with her nails like that she said no. She also said I should have told him. Ma'am I told him and showed him a picture of how I like my ombre nails!!!! Tammi(the owner?) I'm assuming told me it would be no problem to have my nails corrected yet acted like there was no one to correct my nails. Finally, she did my nails and although they look better I'm still not pleased!!!!!!! Not only did Frank refuse to do my nails but he was talking about me to another customer. So tell me again how professional they are? Yea ok I'll wait. They assumed I was a child or younger than I am once, I let them know I'm grown and we can calmly discuss the issue then Tammi tried to be a little more pleasant. I noticed during my long wait in between receiving my service that they speak "friendly" to certain people, especially older women or those that can clearly be identified as an "adult". I'm also disappointed that they were more concerned about a dollar than customer service. Paying for my service was never an issue, the issue was in the service provided. Tammi and later Frank tried to smooth things over but too late, I paid and left. First impressions are a lasting impression and I'm not impressed or pleased with the Nail Bar.

I have attached 2 pictures from right to left:. The last picture is Frank's masterpiece(why so much white Frank that doesn't look natural nor is it blended)and the first is Tammi's ombre(which looks ok in the picture still not pleased in person). All in all I will be going somewhere else tomorrow to have my ombre corrected.

Everyone at The Nail Bar is like family to me!! They’re the nicest and sweetest people I know! They did an amazing job on my nails, just like how I wanted, and I get compliments every time!! I highly recommend this place!

Best nail place in Bluffton. They’ve stayed late finishing my nails because I arrived late, they always do an amazing job and listen to what I want. I’m very picky and they’re always super patient and go above and beyond. I was driving all the way to savannah to get my nails done at my old go-to spot until I found them. I’ve been to a few other nail salons in Bluffton and the quality of work is just not the same! The nail bar is by far the best.

The Nail Bar did wonderful work on my nails. There were many color and design options. Everyone was nice and friendly. I'm looking forward to coming back!

It took me a really long time to find my new "nail lady" after moving to the area. I found, with the Nail Bar, an amazing, kind and well versed staff here! They know their stuff. They bend over backwards to help me and get me in. V and I always have amazing conversations! They are just so sweet and creative! I am never disappointed when I leave there! I highly recommend!!!
