Friday afternoon in Northallerton, this pub was at the beginning of our walk so we called in for lunch. Beer good and really enjoyed our Ploughman's.
Great beers, many of which are local brewed, great atmosphere. Lovely outdoor space, great beer, friendly staff, great beer and a pool table. Did I mention how good the beer is?

It has a good selection of crowd pleaser beers plus a varied selection on real ales, The staff are great, friendly and helpful and happy to help you with your choice of beer. It also has a decent beer garden. This pub is well worth seeking out if you are in Northallerton.
