Quick Facts About The Organ Grinder

The Organ Grinder Pub, based on the comments provided, seems to have a number of strengths and weaknesses.
One of the main strengths of The Organ Grinder is its welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Multiple visitors mention the friendliness of the staff and the excellent service they received. Being greeted and served with a smile is an important aspect of any establishment, and this pub seems to excel in this area. Additionally, the fact that the staff are accommodating to families and dogs is another strength. Being a family and dog-friendly place makes it more accessible to a wider range of customers and can create a warm and inclusive environment.
Another strength highlighted by visitors is the cleanliness and tidiness of the pub. Cleanliness is an important factor for many customers when choosing a place to dine or drink, and the fact that this pub maintains a clean and tidy environment is a positive attribute.
The selection of Blue Monkey Beers is also noted as a strength. Visitors mention that these beers are very nice, which indicates a good selection and quality of offerings. Having a variety of options for customers is important in attracting and retaining patrons.
The disabled facility is mentioned as being in a good location and well-maintained. This is a strength as it shows that the pub is inclusive and considers the needs of all customers.
The pub also seems to have a good layout and seating options, with multiple comments mentioning that there is ample seating and a variety of options available. This is important as it ensures that customers can find a comfortable spot to enjoy their drinks.
Additionally, The Organ Grinder has a large beer garden, mainly on grass. This is a unique feature that can be attractive to customers, especially during warmer months. Having a spacious outdoor area provides a different ambiance and allows patrons to enjoy their drinks in a more relaxed and natural setting.
Despite the strengths highlighted above, there are a few weaknesses mentioned in the comments. One visitor mentions that the prices are quite expensive for certain drinks, such as 2 double JD and cokes. This could be a deterrent for some customers, as affordability is an important factor when choosing a pub or bar.
Another weakness mentioned is the decline in service quality. One visitor mentions that the staff was rude and the bartender messed up their order without an apology. Service quality is crucial for customer satisfaction, and negative experiences like these can have an impact on a pub's reputation.
Another weakness mentioned is the lack of certain drink options. It is stated that they didn't have the New Zealand SovB, which suggests that there may be limited variety or availability of certain beverages. This can be disappointing for customers who have specific preferences or are looking to try something new.
One comment mentions that the pub has become more crowded with babies and kids in the afternoon, despite not selling substantial meals. This can be seen as a weakness for customers looking for a quiet and adult-oriented drinking experience.
In conclusion, The Organ Grinder Pub has several strengths, including its welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, cleanliness, Blue Monkey Beers selection, disabled facility, seating options, and a large beer garden. However, there are some weaknesses, including high prices for certain drinks, declining service quality, lack of certain drink options, and an increase in the number of children. It is important for the pub to address these weaknesses in order to maintain customer satisfaction and attract a wider range of patrons.

We went in on a Sunday evening for a drink as a family and we found seats straight away. The place is nicely set up and neatly kept. It wasn't crowded and the staffs were very welcoming offered as a great service. Their collection of Blue Monkey Beers were very nice too. The Disabled facility was in a good location and well maintained. It's both family and dogs friendly place which is very good. Would I recommend it? Absolutely yes, ???? %.
An interesting pub that resembles a contemporary bar. Blue Monkey ales and okay to try before you buy. I had an IPA and a latte.
There's plenty of sockets to charge mobile phones and we good selection of seating options.
A large beer garden garden that's mainly on grass.
Love this place, great beer.
Lovely place, nice and clean and tidy with lovely staff members I just felt £16 and something pence was quite expensive for 2 double JD and cokes. I will keep popping in from time to time but I'll definitely stick to my local.
Nah.. slowly gone to pot. +1 beer sometimes but no way always. Newspapers - despite their website, often not bought. New Zealand SovB they seem to not be able to get. More babies and kids many afternoons, despite not selling substantial meals. I've been coming since the Pack Horse days but I think it's time to move on.
I arrived early as I was meeting up with friends.I asked if it was okay for me to sit and wait. I was told by the friendly bar lady that was okay.
When my friends arrived we had excellent, friendly service throughout our visit.
What more could you ask for.
Definitely will be back.
Terrible service. Rude staff . The bartender mess up the order and they didn’t even apologize. The manager came and didn’t even speak to us about their mess up . I paid and they turned the back on me and didn’t say a word . They didn’t even get me the receipt for my card payment. Stay away if you value your self
This is a real treasure of a pub in Arnold, great beers and very friendly atmosphere, our Friday favourite. For an extra special treat add pork pie with your pint. The new makeover makes it feel more spacious and comfortable.
