Best TL Reviews
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bad neu aber nicht gut gemacht. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück auf Bestellung besser als erwartet (Eier Florentine sind toll)
Just had a Sunday lamb shank roast dinner which was superb and very good value. Simon the boss man was very friendly as were all the staff. We mentioned that we had stayed there about 8 years ago but had notice that 3-4 years ago the reviews were awful. Simon took over just before COVID and has updated the bedrooms and the pub area is as welcoming as it was 8 years ago. Well done we shall be staying overnight again.
Lovely pub and bed and breakfast. Stayed for a night, the room was simple but spacious and cozy. Food at the pub was delicious! Best fish and chips I’ve ever had and the pie was also very good. All of the staff, from the girls at the pub in the evening, to Simon in the morning, were sweet and helpful. Location is perfect: just a short walk from the station, even closer to the beach and ideal if you plan on walking the Seven Sisters trail. Would definitely go back.
This place is great. A cosy, dog friendly proper pub with open fireplace. Very welcoming! There were 12 (adults and children) of us, plus a dog, who got caught in a hailstorm and saw this pub. Welcomed us in and allowed us to dry some of the kids clothes by the fire.
Food was nice, generous portions. Value for money, well, 12 of us, 10 had food, all had a drink and it was just over £100.

The staff were friendly. And the place had a good atmosphere. The bedroom was fairly clean. But the bathroom was not clean at all. I was glad that we had only booked for one night as I wouldn't have wanted to use the shower. It's a shame that the lack of cleanliness let's the Wellington down.down.
My one night stay was brilliant on the 21st of March. My first time in Seaford Simon is a fantastic landlord and ensures you have a wonderful time. The food is excellent and my bed and room was perfect . The bed was really comfy. The locals made me very welcome, and Dawn and her dad were great company. I recommend this b&b if you stay in Seaford. Paul. Nolan
Clean room n bedding, towels etc. Stayed x2 nights. Bed/pillows comfy... Great for seaside walk and town and shops walk. Parking was fine. Great breakfast - vegan sausages available and herbal teas. Excellent roast dinner too.. I had the vegetable tart + . Also enjoyed having a drink in the bar area.. roaring fire on the first eve.. also very comfy chairs!! We were in the area for a party and glad we stayed a bit longer. Thank You.
A wonderful stay, friendly, relaxed and two nights leaving us really contented with money and time well spent. The best full English breakfast I have ever experienced in any stays i have had anywhere. Sunday roast worth much more than we paid. Thanks to Simon and staff a very enjoyable weekend.
