Overrated & seriously overpriced! Don't fall for it. For years I felt like I'd never get rid of my split ends, but several years ago I chopped my hair off & haven't had them since. 6-8 weeks ago I was going through a lot & in the middle of a move so I missed a couple trims. I noticed a few very small split ends & decided to treat myself, I went to Toni & Guy instead of getting my usual $20 haircut. I really regret it, I didn't know one bad haircut could screw up your hair. Their cheapest stylist is $50 for a basic haircut. With tip, that's $60-$70 for someone who just finished cosmetology school & has no experience. The trim was way too quick, more time was put into straightening my hair so it looked good when I left. The straightening was another issue, the heat was so high my hair was steaming/smoking & you could smell it burning. I was obviously uncomfortable & commented on it. The next day I noticed a lot of my hair hadn't even been trimmed, at all. It was supposed to be layered, she just blew off a big layer. I haven't had the time or money to get it cut again & it's HORRIBLE! My split ends shouldn't be this bad after such a short amount of time. I take care of my hair. I'm allergic to hair dye so I don't use it, I hardly ever use heat, I don't use rough towels & I don't over wash. One bad overpriced haircut & I have to cut off most of what I've spent time growing out. In 5+ years I haven't had this issue & I've gone longer than 8 weeks between cuts. My hair is so bad! I spent almost $100 for this & that's upsetting.

Katie Warren completely fried my hair and would never apply to roots but one time when I almost cried because of how much money I was spending. I came in because I had a bad dye job from another salon, but my hair was still very much healthy and thick. The only thing that was bad was my scalp. It was a little irritated afterwards but subsided the next day. Katie said she would correct the color. She got my hair lighter but never got the roots ..always left a half inch here to 2 inches there. Not sure what happened but I wanted to use her for so long..then I did and I felt scammed of my time and money. They also do not understand curly dry hair. Jonathan styled it once and it came out looking like I was from an 80s magazine completely frizzy and gross. Another tried but didn't get it. I won't mention that person because they actually aren't that bad. Just not good with wavy or curly hair. My hair is now compromised, less curls are happening, and I have to get it fixed once again. I went 4 times and didn't get the results I wanted. Katie left a huge area of brown on the left side of my forehead but on the right, she got the blonde to the root. Doesn't make sense! I don't know or understand how they have all these good reviews but I just wanted to share some of my experience. Also Jonathan was completely rude and dismissive on the phone with me when I called to tell him about what happened with my hair. It wasn't until I got my fiance on the phone that he started to be respectful. Jonathan kept saying how I came in with compromised hair which is not the truth! I just had the wrong color applied to my hair and I needed it fixed! Please consider this review before you go to Toni and Guy if you're wanting blonde OR have curly/wavy hair. Thank you. I do appreciate that they refunded me a little bit of my money though.

A few years ago I was desperately looking for a salon. I was self conscious because of my receding hairline, and wanted to keep my style, but make it work with my hair. I made an appt here. I got Chelsea as my stylist, she was amazing and did exactly what I needed. She IS so awesome! After a few cuts with her I ended leaving the area for work! Fast forward to the present I’ve been back in the area and came up on time for a cut for my son and I. He needed in asap because he was jacked up from a different place that his gma took him. I decided to make an appt with Toni&Guy, Chelsea wasn’t available, and I got scheduled with Tabris. He was amazing! He was so patient and vocal with my son (19 mos.). He worked with and around him with such care! His haircut came out amazing. I got mine cut as well and he was able to accomplish exactly what I needed! I love this salon, and can’t imagine going anywhere else again! Chelsea & Tabris are top notch, they listen, they ask, they care, and they will make sure you leave happy and looking great!

Tried this place as a walk in and love it! Had a haircut with Chelsea and then 3 weeks later a hair color with Keelen and blowout and style with Alexis. Amazing experience with all 3. Jonathan has a well running salon with a very professional and friendly staff. Would highly recommend!

I’m hesitant for anyone to work on my hair. I have long curly hair. But let me tell you I left happy as ever. Nicole worked with me and was phenomenal start to finish. My hair looks so good! Safe to say I found my new hairstylist and I’m sure the rest of the staff are just as Great!

Katie Warren is the best colorist I have ever seen. I'm a former hairstylist, with a lot of training, and Katie's knowledge is beyond compare. She is warm and friendly and makes your experience fun! She listened to your needs and desires for your hair and is honest! I could not let anyone else touch my hair with color! I love her! She makes me feel beautiful!

Jonathan and his team are amazing stylists. The best thing is they understand their clients and go above and beyond to make sure you leave the salon with a overwhelmingly positive experience. I have been seeing Jonathan for many years and I have never left unhappy. Definitely recommend any of their remarkable team members.

If you are looking for a hair stylist then you need to check out Victoria. She is amazing. I have been going to another person at a different hair salon, (which I liked ) but she never really listened to what I wanted, even when I took pictures. I decided to try Toni & Guys and Victoria was available and boy did I get a gem of a hair stylist. She listened to what I was wanting and even pulled up pictures to see exactly what I wanted. She decided to cut my hair dry to see how my hair fell. She cared and would stop and ask me how it looked. When she was finished she even showed me how to blow dry it to get the look. And to top it off her personality was fun and inviting. I just found my stylist. So thankful for Victoria.
