The nail technician I had was nice. I did ask for her to cut my nails short because they grow quickly and I need them short for work. Unfortunately she cut them so short that the skin that has never seen light is very uncomfortable, similar to how it feels when you tear a nail off. It's been a little past a week and my fingers still hurt. Wanted to go by to let her know this isn't an appropriate length for anyone. Plus it's very warm in there.

i just moved to New bedford so i needed to find a nail salon for a fill. i had my nails for a little more then 2 months (so their not the problem) i got a fill on MONDAY .. it's friday & three nails on one hand have broken and two on my other hand.

Love!!! Best service and everyone is so wonderful. Even the customers are so nice. Very clean and professional.

Had to see nail specialist for several nail fungus. Doctor took nail samples to determine it was fungus.

Nancy is AWESOME! I've been coming to her nail salon since she opened. Always a pleasant visit. She takes the time to know her customers. On a recent visit I tried the gel powder on my nails for the 1st time. After seeing the color I chose on my nails and not liking it, she took off and let me choose another color. No questions! If you bring to her any concerns you have, she WILL make sure you leave Happy & Satisfied!

I love the design they did on my nails.. I did get cut with the E-file but they still did a good job

Went there with my friend and had the worst experience. Male and female nail techs were working on us, I had the male and he persistently filed my skin instead of my nail, causing me to bleed after I told him several times he was hurting me. I told him I wanted my nails rounded and he cut off and angled my nails into a triangle like shape and cut off so much to the point where my nail couldnt be fixed. Some other woman had to come and round out my nails. He then horribly painted my nails and took 1.5 hours just to take off old gel and apply new polish (non-gel). Then had the nerve to ask for a tip. Furthermore, my friends nails were just as bad. Her nail tech asked her if she wanted her eyebrows and upper lip done (her eyebrows were just done yesterday). Her nails were all screwed up and smudged so she let the nail tech know and her response was "what did you do to your nails"? Overall, very bad experience.

This was one of the most disgusting experiences of my life. Not only were instruments were not autoclaved, they were set down on top of a field of other people's toe nail clippings after they were merely sprayed with some sort of antiseptic. I should have left but my feet were already soaking. Also, the technician was very odd. He thought he was being funny by "tickling" my feet but he was rough and it hurt. I could not communicate this to him. He is lucky I did not need to resort to kicking him in the teeth.
