Quick Facts About Hibachi Buffet

Hibachi Buffet place has received both positive and negative comments from customers, which provide insights into its strengths and weaknesses. By analyzing these comments, we can evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the restaurant.
Starting with the strengths, one customer mentioned that the food area is clean, warm, and inviting. This indicates that the restaurant maintains a clean and pleasant ambiance, which can enhance the dining experience for customers. Additionally, the staff is described as great and attentive, checking on the customers to ensure their satisfaction. This suggests that the restaurant provides good customer service, making customers feel valued and attended to. Another positive aspect highlighted is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which can contribute to a positive overall impression and increase customer satisfaction.
Another strength mentioned is the popularity of the Hibachi grill among younger customers, as indicated by the positive review from a 13-year-old who loves it. This suggests that the restaurant has a unique and appealing feature that attracts a specific demographic, in this case, younger diners. This can be seen as a competitive advantage and a strength for the establishment.
On the other hand, several weaknesses are pointed out by customers. One common complaint is a decline in food quality and variety. Customers mentioned that several previously enjoyed items are no longer available on the buffet, and the remaining food items are not well-prepared. Some customers found the food to be cold, bland, and lacking in taste. The absence of sushi, subpar steak quality, and rice clumps were particularly criticized. These comments indicate that the restaurant has failed to maintain consistent quality and variety in their food offerings, resulting in a decline in customer satisfaction.
Price is another concern raised by customers. Several comments mentioned that the restaurant is expensive, especially considering the declining quality of the food. One customer even stated that they paid over $100 for their party of five and felt disgusted with the overall experience. Additionally, the practice of making customers pay before eating and expecting a tip beforehand was criticized as unwelcoming and untraditional. These pricing and payment issues can be perceived as weaknesses, as they contribute to customers' dissatisfaction and may deter potential customers from visiting the restaurant.
Another weakness highlighted by customers is the lack of staff presence and low morale. One customer mentioned the limited number of staff members, while others felt that the staff was not visible enough. This can create a negative impression of the restaurant and may affect the level of service provided. The decline in staff morale further adds to the negative atmosphere, making customers feel that the restaurant is in decline.
There is also a significant concern about health and safety mentioned by customers. Complaints about food sitting on the buffet for extended periods, resulting in dry, hard, and leftover-like quality were prevalent. One customer even reported getting sick after eating at the restaurant. These comments indicate that the restaurant may struggle with proper food storage, rotation, and overall adherence to health and safety standards. These issues not only compromise the dining experience but also pose potential health risks, which can severely harm the reputation and viability of the restaurant.
In summary, the strengths of Hibachi Buffet place include a clean and inviting ambiance, attentive staff, popularity among younger customers for the Hibachi grill, and clean bathrooms. The weaknesses identified are a decline in food quality and variety, high prices, unconventional payment practices, lack of staff presence and low morale, and concerns about health and safety standards. These weaknesses, if not addressed, can have a detrimental impact on the restaurant's reputation and long-term success.

Best TL Reviews

I have been here many times but n the past and I actually liked it. It's been a little over a year since I was here last. It has gone down hil considerably. Several items I used to come here for are no longer on the buffet. Half of my food was cold. The hibachi grill only had chicken beef and sad looking shrimp. Not many veggies or sauces to choose from. I don't know what happened but I'm not going back. It's a shame. They used to be very good.
OMG this is the best, the food area is so clean, warm and inviting. The staff are great, they come to make sure everything is alright, and their very nice and friendly. My 13 year old grandson LOVES the Hibachi. He always give them a ???? up. And last but not least, the bathrooms are always very clean.
If I could give a 10 star rating I would. If I had a photo I would post one, so the next time we go I'll have one taken and post it.
????????????????????????????????????????
There's the 10 star rating.
Way too expensive, and everyone felt sick once we ate. The food clearly sat on the buffet all day, which now I understand why when it costs so much, so nobody goes there! For myself, my husband, and 3 kids, it was over $100. It was disgusting. Also, they make you pay BEFORE you eat and expect you to leave a tip on the receipt before you even sit down and get service. I hope they close soon and get a restaurant in place that's worth the money to eat there. I have no idea how they're still in business.
Sadly gone downhill while raising the prices. No more sushi, most of the food is tepid. The salad bar only has iceberg lettuce and cucumbers now, the hibachi was the better part of the meal, but the steak was so low quality and tough it was like chewing on leather. 1 person and drink was $20. I hope they can turn it around, but judging from how slow they were on a Friday night I don't think they'll make it much longer.
The food tasted like leftovers from day before if I had to describe it. Didn’t taste fresh and most of the meats and rice was either bland or had a lot of hard clumps of rice. The only thing I enjoyed was the fruit and the salad. I was dissatisfied and wouldn’t reckoned going if you want hot and good tasting food.
I normally don't post a review unless it's good!! I have grown up around here my whole life and remember the day it opened and ate there that same day and have continued to eat there over time. I have watched the price raise and the food volume decrease. Which was very depressing because this was one of if not the best buffet around. The moral is very low few staff to be seen but the one thing the food they do have is good. It's just not goof enough for it to coast 2adults 2 8 year old children $80 including the $5 tip for really 3 stations of real food myself and my 8 year old kids were disappointed. Unfortunately that was our last time.
Everything on the buffet looked like leftovers from lunch because most food trays were half empty at 6:00 p.m. and most was hard n dry, desserts were hard & dry, hibachi grill had only a few pieces of steak n chicken and both dry. Price higher snd quality of food pitiful.
My son got sick as a dog after eating here. When I say sick, from both ends. This place has gone downhill so much. I won’t take a flea off my dog to this place. We won’t be going back. I wouldn’t even have given this star.
