It was my first time trying the salon. I ran in at 6:15 pm and they close at 7. That was my fault, but everyone was super nice and completed a pedicure and gel dip set on my fingernails. The set was very pretty, BUT they only lasted a week. I was in total shock when I noticed 3 nails peeling. All of the gel dip sets I've had lasted me a solid month (I'm nail lazy sorry). I feel like I wasted my money, but am self blaming that perhaps it is because the tech rushed to service me so close to closing time. Disappointed, but think it was just a rush job. Pics are 8 days after service. And I've done nothing strenuous that would damage my nails.

Update: I tried them again and Traci is great. Glad I gave them another opportunity to earn my business.

Awesome experience...fun environment. .and they know how to get the job done ..great prices and customer service. TONS of colors for you to choose from. You even get points every time you sign in which can go towards a discount on a service.

The woman doing my pedicure was kind and knowledgeable of doing nails. She is helping the owner and his wife out by working for them periodically, but the owner (Tracy) was super rude, degrading and hateful acting. The owner, David, I am reading a lot of great reviews about.. perhaps he is good.. Tracy, his wife, has a bad attitude. The store was gross and smelled like a sewer. I have been three times, and 2/3 times she has been there with a terrible attitude and the smell was noticeable each time. As for his wife and her issues, you would think that as a business owner, you would be kind and friendly in order to bring customers in and keep them.

I love coming to top nails ! When you come you will have a great experience. I advise everyone to visit top nails !

I went to get my nails done on Friday September 17, 2021. I was seated right away so there was not a wait. I told the owner I would like a pedicure with gel polish as well as dip power on my hands. The older men who started on my pedicure had a rude attitude towards me because I asked him to make sure took out all of my cuticles around my toes, he’s quick to reply “ don’t you see I am taking them out” and showed me his tool which had nothing on it. Then he asked if there was anyone else who I wanted to complete my pedicure that is when the owner stepped in and apologize for his rude behavior. She did an okay job I’ve had better pedicures before. Once I was done with my pedicure she took me to her station to complete my dip power which the color came out to be amazing but my top coat started to peel off on Saturday, I checked the website to see if they opened today Sunday to get it fixed which it says they do open at 1, but I went and it was closed.

This is my second time getting my nails done here I love them they always take their time to make sure the shape is perfect I love the way they check over their work to make sure their are no flaws I always leave very satisfied and get so many compliments I will be making this my new nail shop!!!
