I got my hair bleached by a lady named Carrie, she absolutely FRIED my hair. She was in a rush & sat me under the heat for an hour, was burning the back of my neck with the blow dryer and had to tell her that it was burning my neck because she held it in one place for several minutes. It took my over 5 years to grow out my hair and I’ve been bleaching it for 3 & HAVE NEVER had it fried before going to her. I’m extremely frustrated! The entire top of my hair is completely fried off. I wasn't going to write a review, but the more I see how much my hair has been damaged, the more sad it is. I don't want anyone else to experience this.

I have been happy any time I've gone there. Very sweet women, very considerate. NICE ATMOSPHERE! :)

Terrible customer service. New clients are not appreciated at all. Stylist never bothered to schedule my appointment that I made in advance. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and waste of my time. Absolutely upsetting.

Carrie always does such a great job! I love my haircut! And I get so many compliments after she cuts my hair. I've had A LOT of haircuts throughout my life, and I honestly say, Carrie is one of the BEST...and definitely THE BEST in Granite Falls.
