Been going here for years. Never had any issues besides one time a bed had a couple bulbs out. They were quick to fix it. Great people and the beds are very nice. I won't go anywhere else ❤️????????
Been going to trim a size since a teen with my parents, it’s been about 20 something years, and it’s always been great. I love having the 2nd location close to me. The beds are great and so are the staff.

I feel like family everytime I visit! Staff members not only greet me by name but they are knowledgeable about the products and packages they offer. The only thing I would say is a con for this location is the cleanliness of some areas. Staff do the best that they can to keep beds spotless but the rooms themselves could use a deep clean.
Very clean, ive never had to wait for a bed. They have more beds than any salon I've ever tanned in and the bulbs stay new! Customer service is not always the best, but it's never been terrible either. Rates are reasonable and are about average for this area.
It's sad when you come in and aren't greeted or acknowledged esp if it interrupts the employees talking, as in today's experience. I thought about walking out if it wasn't that I still have a few visits left on my package. There's 1 lady that is very friendly, unfortunately she wasn't there when I went in, other than her, the other employees seem too busy. After bad customer service experience and then the bed I was in today had duct tape on it (Yes duct tape and was next to a room that had a sign "Out of Order" on the door), when my package is up, I am done with this place and won't recommend it. Customer service is key!
