Extremely sloppy job. My cuticles are covered in paint and dip powder. Corners of my nails are so sharp they are getting caught on everything. No base coat was applied so getting this off will be a nightmare and the nails feel extremely thin for dip powder. I had to ask for a 3rd coat…two coats of dip and no base coat is cheap and not up to standard. I was also expected to put the oil on my cuticles myself? Bubbles in nails as well. My hands are covered in paint from the color they took off. Additionally, everything there was COVERED in nail dust. Not a days worth of nail dust, looks like they’ve never cleaned and discarded/leftover drinks were sitting everywhere. Signs saying masks required was not followed by staff or most patrons. 2 stars seems generous.
Yes omg this is horrible, don’t come here please, they have the worst service, he left my nails dirty from powder from inside. Every time I ask him for something he gives me attitude. I would NEVER come back here in my life!!!!!!!
I have been a loyal and long term customer (since Obama second term). However, what I experienced in the last 24 hours has changed my opinion and life for the worst. I went here to get my nails done for my wedding, however, less than 24 hours later I noticed a crack and went to go get it repaired- THE DAY OF MY NIKKAH. To my shock and disbelief I was spoken down to, dismissed and degraded. I have never been spoken to in such a manner and to make matters worse I couldn’t even fully understand half of it because the individual “working” with me suddenly forgot how to speak English. Given the circumstances, I could not hold back tears and started off the morning of my nikkah in tears of frustration. If you need to get your nails done and don’t care about customer service (or your mental health- sure I’d recommend). However, I am no longer supporting this business due to the emotional & mental distress and anguish I experienced
Have been coming to this salon for the last 4 years. I don’t go in for anything special. Just mani & pedicure plain polish. Service is great, staff are very friendly and kind. Just came after they remodeled and it is very beautiful. They are very clean and sterile. The tech today was very helpful in selecting my shade. The new seats are very comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Would recommend. Didn’t give 5 full stars because they don’t really spend time on giving the foot massage or the hand massage- it’s very quick you don’t really get time to enjoy it. Also the hot towels I wish they would keep them on a bit longer. The time I came in it wasn’t busy, so no need to rush. But overall great experience.
Took my mother to get a pedicure today. The staff there were absolutely wonderful. The lady that helped my mom was so kind and caring and made her feel very comfortable.
Eve is the best and is so sweet. She’s a perfectionist and her work speaks for itself.
This salon use to be my go to, but my last few experiences have been awful. I went in today to get my acrylics taken off and the lady who was doing them was so rough. I asked her not 1, not 2, but 3 times to soak them for me instead of ripping them off and each time she told me no and that she doesn’t have time. How does that make sense? I think I would know my nails better then anyone else, i know that if they were to get ripped off they would start bleeding, and this isn’t the first time this has happened. It was the most frustrating, rude, and painful experience i’ve ever endured at a nail salon. I called and complained after and the owner was very understanding but he said that if you ask for them to be soaked they’re supposed to soak them for you, and I asked this women 3 times and she did not. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment, don’t come here.
Very elegant and comfortable place .. the team are lovely and love what they’re doing ..
