1. Excellent Food: Customers praise the tasty homemade quality food at True Food Cafe. They highlight the deliciousness of the gluten-free scones, cakes, sausage rolls, brownies, and other treats. The fresh and savory sandwiches, as well as the savory and sweet traybakes, are also mentioned. The variety and taste of the food are some of the cafe's strengths.
2. Gluten-Free Options: True Food Cafe is commended for its wide selection of gluten-free goodies. Customers appreciate the effort to cater to those with dietary restrictions, providing options such as gluten-free scones, cakes, and sausage rolls. This inclusivity is seen as a strength of the cafe.

Despite these strengths, there are a few weaknesses mentioned:
1. Cash Only: The cafe currently only accepts cash, which can be inconvenient for customers who prefer to pay with cards or other digital payment methods. Although not a major issue, this limitation can be seen as a weakness for some customers.
2. Price: Some customers mention that True Food Cafe is not cheap, but they also acknowledge that the quality of the food justifies the price. While quality food is a strength, the higher price range compared to other cafes might be considered a weakness for price-conscious customers.
In conclusion, True Food Cafe has several strengths that make it a highly recommended place. The excellent homemade quality food, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, gluten-free options, unique charm, and association with a bookstore all contribute to its positive reputation. However, the cash-only policy and relatively higher price range might be seen as weaknesses. Overall, the strengths outweigh the weaknesses, making True Food Cafe a standout place in the area.

I stupidly hadn't been to this place until recently despite living in the area and hearing good things. Everything I have tried so far has been excellent, really tasty homemade quality food. Owners/staff are friendly too. Highly recommend.
Cute and Cosy cafe with great selection of homemade gluten free scones and cakes but cater for wheat eaters too! They take cash only at the moment. Picture is pecan and peach gluten free scone. Yum!
Absolutely charming cafe with specialised food products similar to what I have previously purchased in Avoca. My friends and I bought out lunch sandwiches and hot drinks today and they were delicious! Really fresh with toasted stuffing and gorgeous chutney. I will definitely return and look forward to trying one of the pastries - it was a lovely surprise to discover this cafe.
What a truly hidden gem.
Gorgeous wee cafe serving great coffees along with savory and sweet treats. Also, loads of gluten free goodies too. Their sausage rolls topped with seeds are amazing, and gluten free!
They also have a little book shop over the road and you can sit outside or out the back in a secret garden.
Love this place.
Genuinely the best cafe in Bangor, and I think I’ve tried them all…super fresh food, their savoury food is lovely too as well as their sweet traybakes (their brownies are beyond amazing). Such a unique little cafe I recommend it to everyone!
Great little take-away cafe. All the food is excellent! Sausage Rolls ???? and their Raspberry and White Chocolate scones are lush. Try the Goats Cheese and Fig tartlets!
Only downside is that it's not cheap but you get what you pay for... ????
Great place to stop with little one on our walks. Very friendly staff and great coffee.
This is a really great bakery. We stayed in the area for three weeks and went often—everything we tried is very good but we liked most baguettes, rocky roads, apple turnovers, Copenhagen danishes. Very good croissants too. And a cool second hand book store across the way associated with it.
