2. Negative stereotype: A negative comment refers to the barbershop as not being a good place to get a haircut unless someone is a "redneck hillbilly." This comment perpetuates a negative stereotype and may alienate potential customers who do not identify with that label or find it offensive.
3. Lack of detailed instructions: A customer complains that their specific instructions for the haircut were not followed, resulting in an unsatisfactory outcome. This suggests that the barbers may not always pay attention to or fully understand customer instructions.
4. Negative perception of prices: While one customer praises the affordable prices and believes the barber is undercharging, another comment implies that the low prices may be indicative of lower quality or skill. This differing perception of pricing may confuse potential customers.
5. Limited hair services mentioned: While the comments mention fades and simple haircuts, no mention is made of other more complex or specialized services offered by Twin Blades Barber Shop. This may limit their appeal to customers looking for different or more intricate hairstyles.
6. Lack of diversity in customer experiences: The comments come from a relatively small sample size and may not reflect the experiences of a broader range of customers. This lack of diversity in experiences may not provide a comprehensive view of Twin Blades Barber Shop's strengths and weaknesses.

Great experience. Lowest prices in the Knoxville/Maryville area. Barber was courteous, but quiet, which was awesome because I'm a very introverted guy and I appreciated not having to talk. I got a simple fade and shortened up the top and he did a great job. Will be back.
If it wasn't for the other guy, this place would deserve a 0. Jerry can't cut hair for nada. Went here today and told him to cut 3 on the top and 1/2 on the side. The sides were longer than the top. Imagine paying for that ..... yet I did. Save yourself the grief unless you're a redneck hillbilly this is not a good place to get cut.
They gave my 4 year old a great cut!!! We had tried numerous places, and this was the first time this Mama left pleased. I was beyond pleased! The haircut was fantastic and the men were so patient and kind to my little fella. ❤️
Came up here from Alabama looking for a place to get my hair cut. Stopped in at twin blades and a barber named Jerry cut my hair and trimmed my beard. He did a great job. I asked him how much I owe you. He said 10:00$, I said what is that all! I couldn't believe that's all he charged for doing such a good job! I gave him 20:00$ and told him he's more talented than 10:00$ a haircut? Please give Jerry a good tip when you go get your hair cut . he works way to cheap! Thanks Jerry I'll definitely be back!
Alway a bit of anxiety going to new barber shop. No worries here. Clean, efficient, and great value. Overall, a great cut and good experience. My new go to for a haircut.
Wonderful staff who do an excellent job! Friendly. Professional. Affordable. Work extremely well with parents and difficult teenagers. Small-town atmosphere. Beautiful haircuts. Definitely recommend!
Jerry is great! It is a friendly place. It kinda reminds you of Floyd's Barbershop on Mayberry. I think it is the cheapest place around. My dad used to get his hair cut there. He took his Grandsons there & my husband goes there.
Quick effective and clean very chill atmosphere I like the old school feel. Jerry is real nice guy and it only cost me $15 tip included for a fade. ❤️????????
