Quick Facts About Twinbrook Barber Shop

Twinbrook Barber Shop has a number of strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
Strengths: 1. Convenient location: The barbershop is located behind Little Caesars Pizza, making it easily accessible for customers. 2. Quick and precise service: Customers have mentioned that the barbers at Twinbrook Barber Shop provide fast and accurate haircuts. 3. Competitive pricing: The price for a men's haircut is mentioned to be only $14, making it an affordable option compared to other establishments. 4. Accepts cash payments: While some may see this as a disadvantage, it can be a strength for those who prefer or only have cash on hand. 5. Familiarity with customers: One customer mentioned that the barbers at Twinbrook Barber Shop are familiar with their regular customers and consistently deliver the desired haircut.
Weaknesses: 1. Political statement by a barber: One customer expressed their disappointment in a barber making a political statement by wearing a Trump 2024 face mask. This could be seen as unprofessional and disrespectful towards a long-time client. 2. Lack of premium customer service: Another customer mentioned that while the price is cheap, customers should not expect a high level of customer service. The barbers may watch sports on TV and talk to each other during the haircut. 3. Refusal to cut black kids' hair: One customer reported an incident where the barber shop refused to cut the hair of black children. This discriminatory behavior is unacceptable and can cause significant harm to the shop's reputation. 4. Limited payment options: Only accepting cash payments may inconvenience customers who prefer to use debit or credit cards. This could potentially lead to lost business. 5. Mixed reviews on haircut quality: While some customers praised the quality of the haircuts and received compliments on their hair, others did not mention anything about the quality of the service. This lack of consistency in reviews may raise concerns about the overall haircut experience at Twinbrook Barber Shop.
In conclusion, Twinbrook Barber Shop has several strengths, such as its convenient location, competitive pricing, and familiarity with customers. However, the barbershop also has several weaknesses, including the unprofessional political statement made by a barber, lack of premium customer service, and the reported refusal to cut black kids' hair, which is discriminatory. Additionally, the limited payment options and mixed reviews on haircut quality may further impact the overall customer experience.

My wife is in the middle of a series of three surgeries that require extensive recoveries so I've been wearing a mask to help prevent us from getting sick including when I get my haircut. The barber who I've been seeing for many years now and have given really good tips to over the years (like 50% of the bill) decided he'd make an overt political statement about my wanting to protect my wife by donning a Trump 2024 face mask. He normally doesn't wear a mask, so this was clearly meant to send a message. Wow, talk about being rude to a long time client who has treated you extremely well. It's amazing how shameful and unprofessional some people have become. I guess he doesn't care about getting good business. I certainly won't be returning to this barbershop.
For several years I have gone to this spot every 2 weeks to keep my haircut within regulations. There's never any wait and they are very polite/reliable.
Quick and precise, less expensive. Just $14 for mens hair cut. Barbar shop is located backside of little cesers pizza.
Been going here for years, great service at a great price.
This place offer simple haircuts at a very competitive price. You'll get a simple, straightforward haircut for a cheap price and premium customer service is not included. I appreciate some people's optimism for wishing for an elaborate haircut from the price they charge and a proper customer service but this is not the place for it. The barbers may watch sports on TV and/or talk to each other the entire time but you'll get a haircut.
I've been going there for years now, they know me, they know the same haircut I've been having and never failed to deliver. I've moved and live a couple cities away and I still come here for haircuts.
You do need to pay cash so be prepared!
My wife wanted my kid’s hair to be cut at this barber shop because we live close by.
they said to my wife thag they don’t cut black kids hair,I was so shocked that i could not believe it.I call the shop to make sure that it was not a misunderstanding, but the guy on the line repeat me the same response.it was really a bad bad and disgusting experience not to recommend
We walked in for a haircut for my teenaged (read: picky) son. A chair was available right away. The barber was friendly, fast, and best of all the haircut was excellent! Priced right at only $14! This barber shop is a hidden gem. We will definitely continue to go here.
I always get compliments of how amazing my hair looks every time I go for a cut. These guys are just the best. Plus, their prices are quite affordable. Not to mention, they also accept debit.
