Horrible haircut very amateurish service I paid double to get my haircut right seemed good once I walk out the shop got home and balder line behind my head still visible and didn’t even use straight razor on my beard for a close shave and clean lines SMH I’ll be back but not with same barber

I have been getting my hair cut for uppercut for 20 years. And i have not one complaint Throughout the years. Always a nice clean safe placeAnd the Jamaican, is the best!!
I'm here from out of town to visit my son. I brought him and my cousin here Andi have to admit the cuts were very good. My cousin tried them out and his cut was nice. It was 3 barbers there. So fast forward to this morning. I check Google it says they open at 8am.. I get there about 7:45 and I look at the door and it says they open at 9am. So I go to the supermarket across the street and hang out until 8:45. I stood in front of the barbershop until 9:30. Still no one. I'm not use to that. Barbers where I'm from are early especially on Friday when everyone wants to be fresh for the weekend so alot of folks come early. They should do a much better job of being there at the time they promote. I'm just saying. Didn't like the wait.
I've been there three times with my son. The first barber Blessed did a good job. He cut it low, but there was still some hair on his head. The other two shaved his hair off completely. Who shaves the hair off a 6 year old? It's very hard to communicate with them so they can understand. I only like Blessed the barber there. But even with him, I'm not going back. My boy was in tears.
David has been my family barber for 5+ years. We have always paid for services and tip well. Just recently I ran health issues. Suffered a miscarriage and all. Which David knows of because we always chat. We had three appointments scheduled today 7/19/19 for my family and had to cancel due to my doc office calling telling me i need to have surgery and to come to her office asap. My husband tried to call but for some reason he never answer his calls. So he canceled through the app. So David text him don't ever book with him again. Wow. Loyalty means nothing to him. For him to reply saying that under these circumstances shows what kinda person he was this whole time. His sense of judgment in morals is very Inhumane
