This store is the best beauty supply store in West Baltimore. Period! Back in February 2022 I was looking for a ponytail. I made several trips to the store and they were out of stock. On July 28 I received a phone call from Miss TuTuto letting me know that she had received the ponytail that I was specifically looking for in February 2022.. What excellent customer service thank you Miss TuTu. Ask for her

I called in to ask if they had a specific brand of hair and they immediately said yes. Took the bus and walked 15 minutes in the heat to get here and they didn't have anything from the brand. Seems they lied to get me into the store. Was tempted to support and buy something anyway, but I don't like being lied to.

I went to this place to grab some beauty supplies for my daughter's hair. I was looking for some oil and happened to ask what looks to be the owner of the place, where something was and they said they didn't work there. Now, im no rookie, I been around the block a few times and I know some things. I'm very observant. Instead of helping a customer I was treated like a criminal and being followed by someone who was looking for a person that steals. The store has a lot of ppl who work there that look like me and this one person didn't. They was the only one there in the aisle next to mine. I'm not a beauty expert so I'm not sure what to get! I felt like I was judged and instead of being helped.... I was being watched! I would recommend going to another beauty supply place because you may be the next person they're watching instead of helping.

Decent beauty supply store. Make sure you pay attention at check out, I was double charged but got my money back. As with most Asian run stores its simply best to make sure that you have the correct product before leaving the store due to the hassle of returning items.

My first time here I bought the same hair I've been using for few years. I went to the hair salon had it installed and I questioned if it was even the same hair because the texture and look just wasn't what I was accustomed but I said whatever maybe I'm just being funny. I also purchased the same conditioner I've been using for a few years and the conditioner was no where near the same yet it was in the same bottle. Now it's my second time....I decided to try again. I buy the same hair I've been using for quite some time and I've come to the conclusion the hair in the pack is not the correct hair. Now I'm highly upset because I spend about 300 dollars in that store only to receive false product. So out of about 4 years I've been urchasing the same exact hair and I've only questioned the products twice and that us the two times I purchased in this beauty supply store. Now they are very nice about giving discounts when you spend hundreds here but I can see now why. So I will never purchase anything again from Herr because I just don't believe they are selling the actual product that is in bottle or hair pack. Unfortunately I also purchased something I had never used the second visit so I will not be able to tell the difference. Just don't shop here period.

Will never shop here again. I bought the wrong blade for my clippers and took it back for exchange. Owners didn't have the blade I needed and reluctantly agreed to order the blade offering me a store credit to exchange for the blade as they don't refund. A week later I come to get the blade, and get handed a blade & clippers I never asked for. Eventuality, I spotted the blade I needed and then the owners charged $3.18 more for it. I will stick with Amazon and not be gouged, then nickel & dimed.

This store is too expensive.. they have a horrible return policy. I would recommend driving to Sally’s down the street before u give ur money to them!!! My 5yo had to used the restroom n they wouldn’t let him... in this day and age we need to give our money to businesses that treat the customer right.
