Walked in this morning needing a manicure really bad as the last place I went did a terrible job. Was seated immediately. Tech took her time reshaping my nails. Cutting to all be the same length. Took her time with polishing. On 2 nails the first coat did not look right. She took off and started over. First time there and won’t be my last. Very impressive!
$100 for a regular, basic mani/pedi with 2 decals glued on..maybe would have been acceptable if the treatments had been spa quality. I've been here a handful of times and either the pricing went up on basic services or I was taken advantage of. just regular polish.. I got 2 mini flower decals that they placed on with clear polish. The quality was not there on this visit..enough lacking that I won't return. My nails were polished on Saturday morning and today each nail has polish peeling off. My home manicure lasts longer. 3.5 days I would expect each nail to still look good.
I went in for a gel polish change on my toes a few weeks ago & the quality was 1/10. An older lady did them & she got upset bc I told her that it looked as if a 2-year old had polished them and I wanted someone else to start over! Clumpy gel piled on my toes & sloppy shaping. I asked for square & they were square round! My toes looked better before I walked in

Only one man can do nails extremely well there and he will tax u hard no problem the rest can't do nails that last a few weeks high prices. Not friendly and do the very bare minimum for pedicure after going several times they won't change. If your looking to be ripped off over charged and have a half way done pedicure go there I assure you they will rip you off. One week charged me 20 for eye brows next week 15 they literally don't go by what's posted for prices they charge u more. The more people you bring in the higher the prices will be as well. And they treat you like your a problem and disrespected my mother telling her she can't sit in a certain chair when it's already small so we left. Not black girl friendly you ask me!
Loved it. Got my 6 year old a manicure and my 10 yr got her nails done with me. They are friendly and they speak clearly so you can understand.
I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. i have been growing out my nails for years and have always gotten dip powder with out acrylics. the lady cut my nails down to numbs because she thought they were acrylic nails. instead of soaking my nails she decided she wanted to pop them off, which was so painful and when i told her it hurt she kept going. the color was not what i asked for and they are all uneven. she kept having to ask other co-workers how to do my nails and left me to do a service for someone else for 10 minutes. this place has awful service and they do not know what they are doing. please save your time and money.
I usually don’t review places but this experience is so horrrible I wouldn’t want anyone to come here and waste their time or money. I drove in from a 7hr drive from Houston and the first thing on my list to do was to get my feet done because I hadn’t had the time in a couple months. I walked into this establishment and when I say not a Hey,Bye, or nothing. The lady doing my feet never said a word. She tried to use USED utensils on my pedicure. She was extremely rude and so was every worker in there.I’m not sure if EVERYBODY was having a bad day but I was extremely dissatisfied with the service in this establishment. I mean I just can’t even understand who possibly would even go here that lives in Hattiesburg. They will never be graced with my presence again or my money… GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
